About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and result-oriented Sales & Technical Engineer (EEE) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent sales and customer relationship skills to promote industrial automation, instrumentation, and sensor-based solutions while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective customer engagement and business development initiatives.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct market research to identify customer requirements and industry trends.
Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Negotiate contracts and follow up on sales opportunities to ensure successful closure.
Technical Support & Engineering
Provide technical consultation and product presentations to customers.
Install, commission, calibrate, and troubleshoot industrial instrumentation and automation systems.
Support and work with products including:
Flow Meters
Load Cells & Weighing Systems
Pressure Sensors & Transmitters
Temperature Sensors & Controllers
Industrial Automation & Measurement Devices
Conduct site surveys and technical assessments.
Deliver after-sales service and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth project ex*****on and timely delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) or a related discipline.
Experience in technical sales, industrial automation, instrumentation, or sensor-based solutions will be preferred.
Strong understanding of electrical and electronic engineering fundamentals.
Hands-on experience in installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of industrial sensors and instrumentation systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh for official assignments.
