বাংলাদেশ জাতীয় যুব এনফোর্সমেন্ট (বিএনওয়াইই) হলো দুর্বল, চাকরিজীবী বা দিনমজুর হিসেবে নির্যাতিতদের আশ্রয়স্থল, যারা রাজনীতিতে জড়াতে চায় না এবং কোনো রাজনৈতিক দলে যোগ দেওয়ার জন্য একটি জোরালো সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে চায়। আমরা এখানে ভয় তৈরি করতে আসিনি। আমরা এখানে শৃঙ্খলা, দায়িত্ববোধ, সেবা এবং আশা তৈরি করতে এসেছি।

বাংলাদেশের এমন একটি প্রজন্ম প্রয়োজন নেই যারা শুধু ভবিষ্যৎ নিয়ে অভিযোগ করবে। বাংলাদেশের এমন একটি প্রজন্ম প্রয়োজন যারা ভবিষ্যৎ গড়তে যথেষ্ট সাহসী। লুৎফুজ্জামান বাবর এই বিষয়ে একমত এবং বিএনওয়াইই-কে দেশের বৃহত্তম আন্দোলন— —চালিয়ে যেতে উৎসাহিত করেন।
বাংলাদেশ পুলিশের পক্ষ থেকে আমি বলছি যে:
❝আমাদের শক্তি উর্দি, পদবী বা কর্তৃত্বে নেই। আমাদের শক্তি আমাদের চরিত্র এবং আমাদের সম্প্রদায়ের প্রতি অঙ্গীকারের মধ্যে নিহিত।❞

সংকটকালে মানুষকে সাহায্য করা থেকে শুরু করে শিক্ষা, নাগরিক সচেতনতা, জরুরি সহায়তা এবং যুব উন্নয়নে সহায়তা করা পর্যন্ত—সেবার প্রতিটি অর্থবহ কাজ আমাদেরকে একটি শক্তিশালী বাংলাদেশের দিকে এক ধাপ এগিয়ে নিয়ে যায়।

আমার সৈন্যরা হলো সেইসব তরুণ এবং দুর্ধর্ষ ব্যক্তি, যাদের কথা কোনো গ্যাংস্টার বা অপরাধীও কল্পনা করতে পারে না। তারাই দায়িত্ব। তারাই ভবিষ্যৎ।

To the republic of Bangladesh
Director of Bangladesh National Youth Enforcement - Chowdhury Zaid Bin Arnob (Avrin Arnob Troy) personally and unofficially succeeded and by Major General Kaiser Rashid DGFI and Commandant AFMC Major General Md. Masudul Alam Mazumder claiming and designating the position as of Bangladesh National Youth Enforcement BNYE (Preparing for Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Education) which has been reconstructed, restored, refurbished and renovated the private and national affiliated youth-led organization.
The organizational framework, these three can serve as complementary divisions:

Mission: Rapid Response • Crisis Management • Emergency Coordination • Rescue Support

Focuses on organized response to emergencies and crises, including search-and-rescue support, evacuation assistance, emergency logistics, and coordination with appropriate authorities.

🇧🇩 TKIF — The Knowledge Initiative Force

Mission: Education • Research • Innovation • Leadership Development

Focuses on knowledge development, educational programs, research, technology, training, certifications, and intellectual development among young people.

To the people of Republic of Bangladesh, we are proud to introduce you to the ruthless, most aggressive and intelligent and more of a desi bad MOTHERFXCKER: TRF (TACTICAL RESPONSE FORCE) by Bangladesh National Youth Enforcement . This is not an government organization, but we do follow some guideline under Bangladesh Police and Bangladesh Army .

The Director of BNYE Chowdhury Zaid Bin Arnob founded and created anti-corruption unofficial forces and the purpose of TRF is to create a highly disciplined, professionally trained and youth-oriented emergency-response organization capable of supporting public safety, disaster response, community protection, emergency coordination and other lawful duties assigned by competent authorities.

TRF is envisioned not as a replacement for the Bangladesh Police, Bangladesh Armed Forces or any other statutory government institution, but as a specialized organizational model whose responsibilities would require appropriate legal authorization before being implemented as an actual enforcement body.

The project is built around five principles:

Professionalism.
Accountability.
Community service.
Rapid response.
Respect for the rule of law.

This mirrors the general logic of established law-enforcement organizations: separate operations, intelligence, administration/training, logistics and professional standards rather than putting everything under one operational branch. Bangladesh Law Enforcement itself uses distinct administrative, operations, crime-management, community-policing, ICT, logistics and professional-standards functions.

The Tactical Response Force (TRF) is proposed as a specialized response wing within the conceptual framework of the Bangladesh National Youth Enforcement (BNYE). The purpose of TRF is to create a highly disciplined, professionally trained and youth-oriented emergency-response organization capable of supporting public safety, disaster response, community protection, emergency coordination and other lawful duties assigned by competent authorities.

The organization would combine:

• professional training;
• emergency preparedness;
• public-safety education;
• disaster assistance;
• community engagement;
• information analysis;
• technology;
• leadership development; and
• disciplined emergency response.

The proposed organization would therefore place service before authority.

A strong expansion would be:

Role: Rapid response, emergency intervention, public safety, disaster response, search-and-rescue, and specialized support operations.

TRIBUTE: Major General Shakil Ahmed was a Bangladesh Army officer who served as the Director General of the Bangladesh Rifles (BDR) and was tragically killed during the 2009 Pilkhana mutiny. Military Career Commissioned into the Bangladesh Army's Regiment of Artillery in 1976. Served as an instructor, directing staff, and sector commander of the BDR. Appointed as head of the border force prior to the tragic events of February 2009. The 2009 Pilkhana Tragedy Targeted and killed on February 25, 2009, during the brutal mutiny by renegade BDR personnel at the Pilkhana headquarters in Dhaka.His body and the remains of his wife were subsequently recovered from a mass grave and ditch inside the compound.The violent uprising claimed the lives of 57 army officers and numerous others, leaving a profound mark on the nation's military history.
