On 7 July, LP4Y TDC Dhaka successfully organized a Pilot Mobilization Activity in the Tempu Stand area of Bauniabad, Kalshi. The activity brought together all the catalysts and youth to connect with community members, introduce LP4Y's mission, and identify young people who can benefit from our programs.

The activity was conducted through three teams. Team A included Catalyst Tanha with Youth Fatema, Jannati, Sumi, Sonia, and Monia. Team B included Catalysts Kolpona and Angeline with Youth Sadia and Nurnaher. The Follow-up Team included Catalyst Al-Amin with Youth Marzia, Israt, Tumpa, and Mehenaj.

We sincerely appreciate the dedication, teamwork, and active participation of all the catalysts and youth. Together, we continue creating opportunities and empowering young people for a brighter future.

৭ জুলাই, এলপি৪ওয়াই টিডিসি ঢাকার উদ্যোগে কালশীর বাউনিয়াবাদ টেম্পু স্ট্যান্ড এলাকায় একটি সফল পাইলট মোবিলাইজেশন কার্যক্রম অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। এই কার্যক্রমে সকল ক্যাটালিস্ট ও তরুণ-তরুণী অংশগ্রহণ করেন। এর উদ্দেশ্য ছিল কমিউনিটির মানুষের সঙ্গে সংযোগ স্থাপন, এলপি৪ওয়াই-এর কার্যক্রম সম্পর্কে পরিচিত করা এবং নতুন তরুণ-তরুণীদের এই কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণের জন্য উৎসাহিত করা।

কার্যক্রমটি তিনটি দলে পরিচালিত হয়। প্রথম দলে ছিলেন ক্যাটালিস্ট তানহা এবং তরুণী ফাতেমা, জান্নাতি, সুমি, সোনিয়া ও মনিয়া। দ্বিতীয় দলে ছিলেন ক্যাটালিস্ট কল্পনা ও অ্যাঞ্জেলিন এবং তরুণী সাদিয়া ও নূরনাহার। ফলো-আপ দলে ছিলেন ক্যাটালিস্ট আল-আমিন এবং তরুণী মারজিয়া, ইসরাত, তুম্পা ও মেহেনাজ।

সকল ক্যাটালিস্ট ও তরুণীর আন্তরিক অংশগ্রহণ, দলগত প্রচেষ্টা এবং নিষ্ঠার জন্য আন্তরিক ধন্যবাদ। একসঙ্গে আমরা তরুণদের জন্য নতুন সুযোগ সৃষ্টি এবং একটি সুন্দর ভবিষ্যৎ গড়ে তুলতে কাজ করে যাচ্ছি।

On 6 July, TDC Dhaka Center successfully organized an important and awareness-based C4C training session at Bauniyabad D Block under the Kalshi area. The main topic of the session was Child Marriage, where around 24 community members actively participated. The participants were very interested and eager to learn about the topic.
The session was supported by our dedicated youth team: Youth Kolpona, Youth Monia, Youth Sumi, Youth Marzia, Youth Sumaiya, Youth Mim, and Youth Israt.
During the training session, participants learned about:
* What child marriage is
* The harmful effects of child marriage
* The legal age of marriage in Bangladesh
* The impact of child marriage on education, health, and future opportunities
* The importance of preventing child marriage and raising community awareness
The presentation was beautifully conducted by Youth Kolpona, Youth Monia, and Youth Marzia. Later, Youth Israt also supported the session by explaining the topics in a simple and clear way, making it easier for the community members to understand the discussion.
Throughout the session, community members actively participated in the discussion, shared their opinions, and asked various questions about child marriage. Our youth team tried their best to answer every question clearly and supportively.
At the end of the session, light refreshments were served with warmth and hospitality, creating a friendly and welcoming environment. The participants were happy to receive valuable information and felt encouraged to work together to prevent child marriage and build a brighter future for the next generation.

৬ জুলাই, টিডিসি ঢাকা সেন্টার সফলভাবে কালশী এলাকার বাউনিয়াবাদ ডি-ব্লকে একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ও সচেতনতামূলক C4C প্রশিক্ষণ সেশনের আয়োজন করে। সেশনের মূল বিষয় ছিল বাল্যবিবাহ, যেখানে প্রায় ২৪ জন কমিউনিটি সদস্য সক্রিয়ভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করেন। অংশগ্রহণকারীরা বিষয়টি সম্পর্কে জানার জন্য অত্যন্ত আগ্রহী ও উৎসাহী ছিলেন।

এই প্রশিক্ষণ সেশনটি পরিচালনায় আমাদের নিবেদিতপ্রাণ যুব দল গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে। উপস্থিত ছিলেন: ইয়ুথ কল্পনা, ইয়ুথ মনিয়া, ইয়ুথ সুমি, ইয়ুথ মারজিয়া, ইয়ুথ সুমাইয়া, ইয়ুথ মিম এবং ইয়ুথ ইসরাত।

প্রশিক্ষণ চলাকালীন অংশগ্রহণকারীরা নিম্নলিখিত বিষয়গুলো সম্পর্কে জানতে পারেন:

* বাল্যবিবাহের ক্ষতিকর প্রভাব
* বাংলাদেশে বিবাহের আইনগত বয়স

সেশনটির উপস্থাপনা অত্যন্ত সুন্দরভাবে পরিচালনা করেন ইয়ুথ কল্পনা, ইয়ুথ মনিয়া এবং ইয়ুথ মারজিয়া। পরবর্তীতে ইয়ুথ ইসরাত সহজ ও স্পষ্ট ভাষায় বিষয়গুলো আরও ব্যাখ্যা করেন, যার ফলে কমিউনিটি সদস্যরা আলোচনা আরও ভালোভাবে বুঝতে সক্ষম হন।

পুরো সেশনজুড়ে কমিউনিটি সদস্যরা সক্রিয়ভাবে আলোচনায় অংশগ্রহণ করেন, নিজেদের মতামত প্রকাশ করেন এবং বাল্যবিবাহ সম্পর্কিত বিভিন্ন প্রশ্ন করেন। আমাদের যুব দল প্রতিটি প্রশ্নের স্পষ্ট, সহায়ক ও তথ্যভিত্তিক উত্তর দেওয়ার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করে।

সেশনের শেষে আন্তরিকতা ও উষ্ণ আতিথেয়তার মাধ্যমে হালকা নাস্তা পরিবেশন করা হয়, যা একটি বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ ও আনন্দময় পরিবেশ সৃষ্টি করে। অংশগ্রহণকারীরা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য পেয়ে সন্তুষ্টি প্রকাশ করেন এবং বাল্যবিবাহ প্রতিরোধে একসঙ্গে কাজ করে আগামী প্রজন্মের জন্য একটি নিরাপদ, সুন্দর ও উজ্জ্বল ভবিষ্যৎ গড়ে তোলার অঙ্গীকার ব্যক্ত করেন।

On 30th June, TDC Dhaka Center successfully conducted a Project Mobilization Activity in Bauniyabad A-Block. Two teams actively visited households to introduce TDC Dhaka Center, its mission, ongoing activities, and training opportunities for young women.

Team A: Catalyst: Al Amin | Youth: Fatema, Kolpona, Nurnaher, Fariya, Israt.
Team B: Catalyst: Sumaiya | Youth: Tumpa, Monia, Jannati, Akhi, Sadia, Mim.

Although we were a little nervous at first, our confidence grew with every conversation. The warm welcome, encouragement, and positive response from the community made this activity truly meaningful.
This experience strengthened our communication, teamwork, leadership, and self-confidence. We sincerely thank all the community members for their support and hospitality.

৩০ জুন টিডিসি ঢাকা সেন্টার সফলভাবে বাউনিয়াবাদ এ-ব্লকে একটি প্রকল্প পরিচিতি কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করে। দুটি দল বিভিন্ন পরিবারের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করে কেন্দ্রের লক্ষ্য, কার্যক্রম এবং তরুণীদের জন্য প্রশিক্ষণের সুযোগ সম্পর্কে তথ্য তুলে ধরে।

দল–এ: সহায়ক: আল আমিন | অংশগ্রহণকারী: ফাতেমা, কল্পনা, নুরনাহার, ফারিয়া, ইসরাত।

শুরুর দিকে কিছুটা সংকোচ থাকলেও কমিউনিটির আন্তরিক সহযোগিতা ও উৎসাহ আমাদের আত্মবিশ্বাস বাড়িয়ে দেয়। এই কার্যক্রমের মাধ্যমে আমাদের যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা, দলগত কাজ, নেতৃত্ব এবং আত্মবিশ্বাস আরও সমৃদ্ধ হয়েছে।

The Life Project Plan Presentation (LPPP) is an event where participants present the outcomes of their professional training, personal growth, achievements, and future career plans. This year's event was particularly meaningful as it marked the first LPPP presentation for all Youth participants, providing them with an opportunity to demonstrate their learning journey and build confidence in public speaking.
The event featured presentations by Youth Sadia, Youth Parul, Youth Monia, Youth Kolpona, Youth Lamia, Youth Israt, Youth Fariya, Youth Akhi, Youth Mehnaj, Youth Tumpa, Youth Halima, Youth Fatema, Youth Mim, Youth Sumi, Youth Marzia, Youth Jannati, and Youth Sonia. In addition, Catalyst Al-Amin, Catalyst Sumaiya, Catalyst Kazi Shanta, Catalyst Sadia Afrin, Catalyst Tanha, and Catalyst Angelin also delivered their presentations.
The programme followed a well organized format, with two Youth presentations followed by one Catalyst presentation. The event was confidently hosted by Youth Monia, while Youth Lamia was responsible for managing the presentation slides, ensuring the programe ran smoothly from beginning to end.
The entire presentation was conducted in English, allowing participants to strengthen their communication and presentation skills while showcasing their confidence. To make the programe more engaging, each presenter included a fun fact in their presentation, creating an enjoyable and interactive atmosphere for everyone.
The event concluded with light refreshments, followed by a joyful group photo session. Overall, the Life Project Plan Presentation (LPPP) was an inspiring and memorable event that celebrated participants' achievements, strengthened their confidence, and encouraged them to continue working towards their personal and professional goals.
লাইফ প্রজেক্ট প্ল্যান প্রেজেন্টেশন (LPPP) হলো একটি অনুষ্ঠান, যেখানে অংশগ্রহণকারীরা তাদের পেশাগত প্রশিক্ষণ, ব্যক্তিগত উন্নয়ন, অর্জন এবং ভবিষ্যৎ ক্যারিয়ার পরিকল্পনা উপস্থাপন করেন। এ বছরের অনুষ্ঠানটি ছিল বিশেষ তাৎপর্যপূর্ণ, কারণ এটি সকল ইয়ুথ অংশগ্রহণকারীর প্রথম LPPP উপস্থাপনা ছিল। এর মাধ্যমে তারা তাদের শেখার যাত্রা তুলে ধরার পাশাপাশি জনসম্মুখে কথা বলার আত্মবিশ্বাস বৃদ্ধি করার সুযোগ পেয়েছে।
অনুষ্ঠানে ইয়ুথ সাদিয়া, পারুল, মনিয়া, কল্পনা, লামিয়া, ইসরাত, ফারিয়া, আঁখি, মেহনাজ, তুম্পা, হালিমা, ফাতেমা, মিম, সুমি, মারজিয়া, জান্নাতি এবং সোনিয়া তাদের উপস্থাপনা প্রদান করেন। এছাড়াও ক্যাটালিস্ট আল-আমিন, সুমাইয়া, কাজী শান্তা, সাদিয়া আফরিন, তানহা এবং অ্যাঞ্জেলিনও তাদের উপস্থাপনা উপস্থাপন করেন।
অনুষ্ঠানটি সুসংগঠিতভাবে পরিচালিত হয়, যেখানে প্রতি দুইজন ইয়ুথের উপস্থাপনার পর একজন ক্যাটালিস্ট উপস্থাপনা করেন। পুরো অনুষ্ঠানটি আত্মবিশ্বাসের সঙ্গে সঞ্চালনা করেন ইয়ুথ মনিয়া এবং প্রেজেন্টেশনের স্লাইড পরিচালনার দায়িত্বে ছিলেন ইয়ুথ লামিয়া। তাদের সমন্বিত প্রচেষ্টায় অনুষ্ঠানটি শুরু থেকে শেষ পর্যন্ত সুন্দরভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়।

On 17th June, TDC Dhaka Center successfully organized a vibrant and impactful Project Mobilization Activity in Bauniyabad D-Block under the Kalshi area. This activity was highly meaningful and educational for all of us. All Catalysts and Youth of TDC Dhaka Center actively participated in the program. Although there was some initial nervousness, everyone was full of enthusiasm, energy, and a strong willingness to learn.
For effective implementation, participants were divided into four teams. Each team visited different households and directly communicated with community members, sharing information about TDC Dhaka Center, its objectives, ongoing activities, and training programs aimed at developing life and professional skills for young women.
The community people welcomed us with great warmth and kindness. They spoke with us very cordially, showed deep interest in our activities, and many of them invited us to sit and share more details about the center. Their hospitality, positivity, and engagement greatly motivated and encouraged our entire team.
Throughout the activity, all Youth participated with great enthusiasm and happiness. Everyone worked together as a team, supported each other, and effectively engaged with community members. What started with slight nervousness gradually turned into confidence, learning, and a valuable real-life experience.
Through this Project Mobilization Activity, we not only built a strong connection with the community but also improved our communication skills, confidence, teamwork mindset, and leadership abilities. It was a highly valuable, hands-on learning experience for all of us.
Finally, we sincerely thank all the Youth and Catalysts who contributed to making this Mobilization Activity a great success. Their dedication, effort, cooperation, and teamwork made this activity truly successful and memorable.

১৭ জুন TDC Dhaka Center-এর উদ্যোগে কালশী এলাকার আওতাধীন বাউনিয়াবাদ D-Block এ একটি সফল ও প্রাণবন্ত Project Mobilization Activity অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। এই কার্যক্রমটি আমাদের সকলের জন্য ছিল অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ও শিক্ষণীয়। TDC Dhaka Center-এর সকল Catalyst এবং Youth এতে সক্রিয়ভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করেছিলেন। শুরুতে কিছুটা নার্ভাসনেস থাকলেও সবার মাঝে ছিল প্রবল উৎসাহ, উদ্দীপনা এবং শেখার আগ্রহ।
কার্যক্রমটি সুষ্ঠুভাবে পরিচালনার জন্য অংশগ্রহণকারীদের চারটি দলে ভাগ করা হয়। প্রতিটি দল নির্ধারিত এলাকায় গিয়ে বিভিন্ন পরিবারের সঙ্গে সরাসরি যোগাযোগ করে TDC Dhaka Center-এর উদ্দেশ্য, চলমান কার্যক্রম এবং তরুণীদের জীবন ও পেশাগত দক্ষতা উন্নয়নে আমাদের প্রশিক্ষণ কার্যক্রম সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিতভাবে তথ্য শেয়ার করে।
কমিউনিটির মানুষ আমাদের অত্যন্ত আন্তরিকভাবে গ্রহণ করেন। তারা আমাদের সঙ্গে উষ্ণভাবে কথা বলেন, আমাদের কার্যক্রম সম্পর্কে গভীর আগ্রহ প্রকাশ করেন এবং অনেকেই আমাদেরকে বসে আরও বিস্তারিতভাবে আলোচনা করার জন্য আমন্ত্রণ জানান। তাদের এই আন্তরিকতা, ভালোবাসা এবং ইতিবাচক সাড়া আমাদের পুরো টিমকে আরও অনুপ্রাণিত ও উৎসাহিত করেছে।
পুরো কার্যক্রম জুড়ে সকল Youth অত্যন্ত উৎসাহ, আনন্দ এবং উদ্দীপনার সঙ্গে অংশগ্রহণ করে। সবাই একসাথে দলগতভাবে কাজ করে একে অপরকে সহযোগিতা করেছে এবং কমিউনিটির মানুষের সঙ্গে কার্যকরভাবে যোগাযোগ স্থাপন করেছে। শুরুতে থাকা সামান্য নার্ভাসনেস ধীরে ধীরে আত্মবিশ্বাস ও শেখার অভিজ্ঞতায় রূপ নেয়।
এই Project Mobilization Activity-এর মাধ্যমে আমরা শুধু কমিউনিটির সঙ্গে শক্তিশালী সম্পর্ক গড়ে তুলিনি, বরং নিজেদের যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা, আত্মবিশ্বাস, দলগত কাজের মানসিকতা এবং নেতৃত্ব দেওয়ার ক্ষমতাও আরও উন্নত করতে পেরেছি। এটি আমাদের জন্য একটি অত্যন্ত মূল্যবান বাস্তবভিত্তিক শেখার অভিজ্ঞতা ছিল।
সবশেষে, এই সফল কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণকারী সকল Youth এবং Catalyst-কে আন্তরিক ধন্যবাদ ও কৃতজ্ঞতা জানাই। তাদের নিষ্ঠা, পরিশ্রম, সহযোগিতা এবং দলগত প্রচেষ্টার মাধ্যমেই এই Mobilization Activity সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়েছে।

On 9th June, the youth members of our TDC Dhaka Center successfully conducted a mobilization activity in the Mirpur-14 Teen Shed area. To reach more community members effectively, we were divided into two teams.
Team A: Catalyst Sumaiya, Youth Sadia, Youth Israt, and Youth Mehrun Nesa.
Team B: Catalyst Al-Amin, Youth Parul, Youth Munia, and Youth Jannati.
Throughout the activity, we visited different households and introduced the community members to the objectives, opportunities, and activities of our training center. The local people showed great interest in our discussion and were very welcoming and supportive. Many of them warmly invited us to sit and spend more time sharing information about the center.
We had meaningful conversations with community members and explained how our training programs help young women develop important life and professional skills, including communication, confidence building, teamwork, and career preparation.
After completing most of our visits, we took a short rest and then continued our remaining work before successfully concluding the activity.
This experience was both enjoyable and valuable for all of us. It helped us strengthen our communication skills, build confidence, and connect with the community in a positive way. We sincerely appreciate the enthusiasm, teamwork, and dedication of all participants who contributed to making this mobilization activity successful.

৯ জুন TDC ঢাকা সেন্টারের পক্ষ থেকে মিরপুর-১৪ টিনশেড এলাকায় একটি সফল মোবিলাইজেশন কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা হয়। কমিউনিটির আরও বেশি মানুষের কাছে পৌঁছানোর জন্য আমরা দুইটি দলে বিভক্ত হয়ে কাজ করি।
টিম A: ক্যাটালিস্ট সুমাইয়া, ইয়ুথ সাদিয়া, ইয়ুথ ইসরাত এবং ইয়ুথ মেহরুন নেছা।
টিম B: ক্যাটালিস্ট আল-আমিন, ইয়ুথ পারুল, ইয়ুথ মুনিয়া এবং ইয়ুথ জান্নাতি।
কার্যক্রম চলাকালীন আমরা এলাকার বিভিন্ন বাসায় গিয়ে TDC-এর কার্যক্রম, উদ্দেশ্য এবং সুযোগ সুবিধা সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত তথ্য প্রদান করি। কমিউনিটির মানুষ আমাদের কথা অত্যন্ত আগ্রহের সাথে শুনেছেন এবং আন্তরিকভাবে গ্রহণ করেছেন। অনেকেই আমাদের বসতে অনুরোধ করেছেন এবং আরও বিস্তারিতভাবে আমাদের কার্যক্রম সম্পর্কে জানতে চেয়েছেন।
আমরা তাদের কাছে তুলে ধরেছি কীভাবে TDC-এর প্রশিক্ষণ তরুণীদের যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা, আত্মবিশ্বাস, দলগত কাজের সক্ষমতা এবং পেশাগত জীবনের প্রস্তুতি গড়ে তুলতে সহায়তা করে। তাদের ইতিবাচক সাড়া ও উৎসাহ আমাদের কাজকে আরও আনন্দময় ও অর্থবহ করে তুলেছে।
কার্যক্রমের এক পর্যায়ে আমরা অল্প সময়ের জন্য বিশ্রাম নিই এবং পরে বাকি কাজ সম্পন্ন করে সফলভাবে মোবিলাইজেশন শেষ করি।
এই অভিজ্ঞতা আমাদের জন্য ছিল শিক্ষণীয়, আনন্দদায়ক এবং অনুপ্রেরণামূলক। আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, এমন কার্যক্রম আমাদের কমিউনিটির সাথে সম্পর্ক আরও দৃঢ় করে এবং তরুণীদের ক্ষমতায়নের পথে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখে।

On 8 June, TDC Dhaka Center successfully organized an important C4C training session at Mirpur-3, BRP. The topic of the session was Nutrition & Maternity. Around 31 community members actively participated in the session. The participants were highly attentive, curious, and eager to learn throughout the program.
The session was supported by our dedicated youth team Youth Sadia, Youth Monia, Youth Parul, Youth Faria, Youth Israt, Youth Jannati, and Youth Meherun.
During the training session, participants learned about:
• The importance of nutrition for children and pregnant women
• Healthy food choices for proper growth and development
• Why babies should not be given honey, salt, and sugar at an early age
• Nutritional needs during pregnancy
• The importance of a balanced and healthy diet for mothers and children
The community members listened very attentively throughout the session and actively participated by asking various questions related to healthy food, child nutrition, and maternal care. Our youth team responded to their questions clearly and supportively, making the discussion more interactive and engaging.
The entire training session was smoothly conducted through different responsibilities shared among the youth team. Youth Parul and Youth Monia delivered the presentation, making the topic easy to understand for all participants. Other youth members also actively supported various tasks throughout the session, ensuring the smooth ex*****on of the program.
Afterwards, we briefly introduced the participants to LP4Y and TDC Center, giving them a short overview of our mission and activities.
At the end of the session, we presented an awareness poster highlighting healthy food for children and an ideal food plate for pregnant women.
Finally, a healthy refreshment was served to all participants. We prepared a nutritious fruit mix (Faluda) using seasonal fruits, milk, and no added sugar. The participants enjoyed it and were further encouraged to adopt healthy eating habits.
৮ জুন, TDC ঢাকা সেন্টার মিরপুর-৩, BRP-তে একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ C4C প্রশিক্ষণ সেশন সফলভাবে আয়োজন করে। সেশনের বিষয় ছিল পুষ্টি ও মাতৃত্ব (Nutrition & Maternity)। প্রায়৩১ জন কমিউনিটি সদস্য সক্রিয়ভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করেন। পুরো সেশন জুড়ে অংশগ্রহণকারীরা অত্যন্ত মনোযোগী, কৌতূহলী এবং শেখার আগ্রহে পূর্ণ ছিলেন।
এই সেশনটি আমাদের নিবেদিতপ্রাণ যুব দল দ্বারা সমর্থিত ছিল ইউথ সাদিয়া, ইউথ মনিয়া, ইউথ পারুল, ইউথ ফারিয়া, ইউথ ইসরাত, ইউথ জান্নাতি এবং ইউথ মেহেরুন।
প্রশিক্ষণ সেশনে অংশগ্রহণকারীরা শিখেছেন:
• শিশু ও গর্ভবতী মায়েদের জন্য পুষ্টির গুরুত্ব
• সঠিক বিকাশের জন্য স্বাস্থ্যকর খাবার নির্বাচন
• ছোট শিশুদের মধু, লবণ ও চিনি না দেওয়ার কারণ
• গর্ভাবস্থায় পুষ্টির প্রয়োজনীয়তা
• মা ও শিশুর জন্য সুষম ও স্বাস্থ্যকর খাদ্যাভ্যাসের গুরুত্ব
কমিউনিটি সদস্যরা পুরো সেশন জুড়ে অত্যন্ত মনোযোগ সহকারে আলোচনা শোনেন এবং স্বাস্থ্যকর খাবার, শিশু পুষ্টি ও মাতৃস্বাস্থ্য নিয়ে বিভিন্ন প্রশ্ন করেন। আমাদের যুব দল তাদের প্রশ্নগুলোর স্পষ্ট ও সহায়ক উত্তর দিয়ে আলোচনা আরও প্রাণবন্ত ও কার্যকর করে তোলে।
পুরো প্রশিক্ষণ সেশনটি যুব দলের মধ্যে দায়িত্ব ভাগ করে সুন্দরভাবে পরিচালিত হয়। ইউথ পারুল এবং ইউথ মনিয়া প্রেজেন্টেশন উপস্থাপন করেন, যা অংশগ্রহণকারীদের জন্য বিষয়গুলো সহজভাবে বোঝার সুযোগ তৈরি করে। অন্যান্য সকল যুব সদস্যও বিভিন্ন কাজে সক্রিয়ভাবে সহযোগিতা করেন, যার ফলে পুরো প্রোগ্রামটি সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়।
পরবর্তীতে আমরা অংশগ্রহণকারীদের LP4Y এবং TDC সেন্টার সম্পর্কে সংক্ষিপ্তভাবে ধারণা প্রদান করি, যাতে তারা আমাদের লক্ষ্য ও কার্যক্রম সম্পর্কে জানতে পারেন।
সেশনের শেষে আমরা একটি সচেতনতামূলক পোস্টার উপস্থাপন করি, যেখানে শিশুদের জন্য স্বাস্থ্যকর খাবার এবং গর্ভবতী মায়ের জন্য আদর্শ খাবারের প্লেট সম্পর্কে তথ্য তুলে ধরা হয়।
সবশেষে সকল অংশগ্রহণকারীদের জন্য স্বাস্থ্যকর নাস্তার ব্যবস্থা করা হয়। মৌসুমি ফল, দুধ এবং কোনো অতিরিক্ত চিনি ছাড়া একটি পুষ্টিকর ফ্রুট মিক্স (ফালুদা) প্রস্তুত করা হয়। অংশগ্রহণকারীরা এটি উপভোগ করেন এবং স্বাস্থ্যকর খাদ্যাভ্যাস গ্রহণে আরও উৎসাহিত

Graduation Ceremony | TDC Dhaka Centre
On 4 June, TDC Dhaka Centre celebrated a meaningful and inspiring Graduation Ceremony, marking another important milestone in the journey of our youths. The event was filled with pride, joy, and a sense of achievement as participants progressed to new steps in their personal and professional development.
Congratulations to Youth Munia and Youth Sadia for successfully moving from the Responsibility Step to the Management Step. We also celebrate Youth Farzana’s progression from the Autonomy Step to the Responsibility Step. In addition, New Youth Jannati, New Youth Tumpa, and New Youth Meherun Nesa successfully completed Discovery Week and advanced to the Autonomy Step, beginning a new chapter in their learning journey.
Before the ceremony, the youths prepared and practiced their speeches in English. They delivered their presentations with confidence, courage, and enthusiasm, demonstrating remarkable growth in communication skills and self confidence. Their inspiring speeches reflected their dedication, hard work, and commitment to continuous improvement.
The success of the event was also made possible through the active participation and support of the other youths, who contributed to the preparation and organization of the ceremony. Throughout the program, a strong spirit of teamwork, collaboration, and mutual encouragement was clearly visible, creating a positive and motivating environment for everyone.
This graduation is more than just a step forward; it represents progress, resilience, and the determination to build a brighter future. As the youths continue their LP4Y journey, they remain committed to developing their skills, strengthening their professional readiness, and preparing themselves for meaningful employment opportunities.
Together, we share one common goal: to complete our LP4Y training successfully and become skilled, confident, and responsible individuals ready to contribute positively to society and the workplace.

৪ জুন টিডিসি ঢাকা কেন্দ্রে অনুষ্ঠিত হলো একটি আনন্দময় ও অনুপ্রেরণামূলক গ্র্যাজুয়েশন সেরিমনি। দিনটি ছিল অর্জন, অগ্রগতি এবং নতুন সম্ভাবনার এক সুন্দর উদযাপন।
এই অনুষ্ঠানে ইয়ুথ মুনিয়া ও ইয়ুথ সাদিয়া সফলভাবে দায়িত্ব ধাপ থেকে ব্যবস্থাপনা ধাপে উন্নীত হয়েছে। একইভাবে ইয়ুথ ফারজানা স্বায়ত্তশাসন ধাপ থেকে দায়িত্ব ধাপে উত্তীর্ণ হয়েছে। এছাড়াও নতুন ইয়ুথ জান্নাতি, তুম্পা এবং মেহেরুন নেসা আবিষ্কার সপ্তাহ সম্পন্ন করে স্বায়ত্তশাসন ধাপে তাদের নতুন যাত্রা শুরু করেছে। তাদের এই অর্জন তাদের পরিশ্রম, অধ্যবসায় এবং শেখার প্রতি আন্তরিকতার প্রতিফলন।
গ্র্যাজুয়েশন অনুষ্ঠানের আগে ইয়ুথরা ইংরেজিতে বক্তব্য দেওয়ার জন্য প্রস্তুতি গ্রহণ করে এবং তারা আত্মবিশ্বাস, সাহস ও দৃঢ়তার সঙ্গে তাদের বক্তব্য উপস্থাপন করে। তাদের স্পষ্ট উপস্থাপনা, যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা এবং ইতিবাচক মনোভাব সকলকে অনুপ্রাণিত করেছে।
অনুষ্ঠান সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন করতে অন্যান্য ইয়ুথরাও গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করেছে। তারা বিভিন্ন প্রস্তুতি ও আয়োজনে সক্রিয়ভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করেছে। পুরো অনুষ্ঠানজুড়ে দলগত কাজ, সহযোগিতা, নেতৃত্বের বিকাশ এবং পারস্পরিক উৎসাহের একটি সুন্দর পরিবেশ তৈরি হয়েছিল।
এই গ্র্যাজুয়েশন সেরিমনি শুধুমাত্র একটি ধাপ অতিক্রম করা নয়, বরং আত্মবিশ্বাস বৃদ্ধি, দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন এবং উজ্জ্বল ভবিষ্যতের দিকে এগিয়ে যাওয়ার একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পদক্ষেপ। আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, এই প্রশিক্ষণ সম্পন্ন করার মাধ্যমে ইয়ুথরা নিজেদের দক্ষতা আরও উন্নত করবে এবং ভবিষ্যতে ভালো কর্মসংস্থানের সুযোগ তৈরি করে সমাজে ইতিবাচক পরিবর্তন আনবে।
আমাদের সবার লক্ষ্য এক শেখা, উন্নত হওয়া এবং নিজেদের সর্বোচ্চ সম্ভাবনাকে বাস্তবে রূপ দেওয়া। সেই লক্ষ্য অর্জনের পথে আমরা একসঙ্গে এগিয়ে চলেছি।
সকল গ্র্যাজুয়েটকে আন্তরিক অভিনন্দন ও আগামী যাত্রার জন্য রইল শুভকামনা।

On 17th May, a joyful Community Gathering Event & Magic Show was organized at TDC Dhaka Center. In this special event, all our Youth members Youth Sadia, Youth Monia, Youth Fariya, Youth Israt, and Youth Sumaiya participated. Along with them, LAA Baby and community members were also present, for whom this program was mainly organized.
Catalysts present at the event were Sadia Afrin, Tanha, Alamin, Mim, and Kalpona.
The program started at 4:00 PM. The magic performance was presented by renowned magician Omar Sharif. He amazed everyone by performing one magical act after another, creating a sense of wonder and excitement among the children and all participants. Watching magic live for the first time was a truly exciting and memorable experience for all of us.
Among his performances, the transformation of leaves into fish and the appearance of different objects from flowers were especially impressive and captured everyone’s attention. He also performed some interactive magic with Youth members and Catalysts, which added extra joy to the event.
Throughout the program, children, youth members, and community participants were full of enthusiasm, curiosity, and happiness. Magician Omar Sharif also distributed chocolates to everyone, which made the children even more delighted.
At the end of the event, TDC arranged light refreshments for everyone, including cake and bananas. Afterwards, everyone took photos together to capture the beautiful memories, and the program concluded in a joyful atmosphere. Before leaving, magician Omar Sharif invited everyone to attend his future magic shows.
Such events play an important role in building joy, harmony, and positive relationships among children and community members.

১৭ই মে TDC ঢাকা সেন্টারে একটি আনন্দঘন কমিউনিটি মিলনমেলা ও জাদু প্রদর্শনীর আয়োজন করা হয়। এই বিশেষ আয়োজনে অংশগ্রহণ করেন আমাদের সকল যুব সদস্য যুব সাদিয়া, যুব মনিয়া, যুব ফারিয়া, যুব ইসরাত এবং যুব সুমাইয়া। এছাড়াও উপস্থিত ছিলেন আমাদের এলএএ বেবি এবং কমিউনিটির সদস্যরা, যাদের জন্য মূলত এই আয়োজন করা হয়েছিল।
এই অনুষ্ঠানে ক্যাটালিস্ট হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন সাদিয়া আফরিন, তানহা, আলামিন, মিম এবং কল্পনা।
বিকেল ৪টায় অনুষ্ঠান শুরু হয়। জনপ্রিয় জাদুশিল্পী ওমর শরীফ তাঁর মনোমুগ্ধকর জাদু প্রদর্শনের মাধ্যমে শিশু ও উপস্থিত সকলের মাঝে বিস্ময় ও আনন্দ ছড়িয়ে দেন। তাঁর জাদু সরাসরি সামনে থেকে দেখে আমরা সবাই অত্যন্ত আনন্দিত হই। প্রথমবার এভাবে সরাসরি জাদু দেখা আমাদের জন্য ছিল এক অসাধারণ ও স্মরণীয় অভিজ্ঞতা।
তাঁর প্রদর্শিত জাদুগুলোর মধ্যে আমপাতা থেকে মাছ তৈরি করা এবং ফুলের ভেতর থেকে বিভিন্ন বস্তু বের করার জাদু বিশেষভাবে সবার দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করে। তিনি যুব সদস্য এবং ক্যাটালিস্টদের সঙ্গেও কিছু অংশগ্রহণমূলক জাদু প্রদর্শন করেন, যা অনুষ্ঠানে বাড়তি আনন্দ ও উৎসাহ যোগ করে।
অনুষ্ঠানজুড়ে শিশু, যুব সদস্য এবং কমিউনিটির সকল অংশগ্রহণকারীদের মাঝে ছিল উৎসাহ, কৌতূহল এবং আনন্দের উচ্ছ্বাস। জাদুশিল্পী ওমর শরীফ সকলকে চকলেট উপহার দেন, যা শিশুদের আনন্দ আরও বাড়িয়ে তোলে।
অনুষ্ঠানের শেষে TDC ঢাকা সেন্টারের পক্ষ থেকে সকলের জন্য হালকা নাস্তার আয়োজন করা হয়, যেখানে কেক ও কলা পরিবেশন করা হয়। পরবর্তীতে সবাই একসঙ্গে ছবি তুলে সুন্দর স্মৃতি ধারণ করেন এবং আনন্দঘন পরিবেশে অনুষ্ঠানটির সমাপ্তি ঘটে। বিদায়ের আগে জাদুশিল্পী ওমর শরীফ ভবিষ্যতে তাঁর আরও জাদু প্রদর্শনী উপভোগ করার জন্য সবাইকে আমন্ত্রণ জানান।
এ ধরনের আয়োজন শিশু ও কমিউনিটির সদস্যদের মধ্যে আনন্দ, সম্প্রীতি, পারস্পরিক সৌহার্দ্য এবং ইতিবাচক সম্পর্ক গড়ে তুলতে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে।

On May 21st, a joyful “Lunch Together” was organized at our TDC Center; there was only LAA Catalyst Kolpona. In this event, all current and former youth members came together and shared many beautiful and memorable moments.
We all carried out our responsibilities with joy, respect, and mutual cooperation, which helped the entire program run smoothly and successfully.
The responsibilities were distributed as follows:
Cooking: Youth Sadia and Star Youth Sweety
Market: Youth Marzia and Youth Parul
Logistics (Pre-preparation): Youth Monia and Youth Sumaiya
Logistics (Post event work): Youth Halima and Youth Israt
Vegetable Cutting: Youth Faria, Youth Munia, and Youth Farzana
Star Youth Borsha and others also actively supported cooking and various tasks, making the whole process easier, more organized, and more successful.
The Star youth members stayed with us throughout the entire event and supported us in different activities. Their participation and cooperation made the “Lunch Together” program even more joyful, meaningful, and successful.
Our menu included delicious biryani and salad. In addition, Youth Israt brought a very tasty orange flavored cake from her home for everyone. After lunch, we all cut the cake together and enjoyed it with laughter and happiness. During the cake cutting, LAA children also joined us, which made the environment even more lively and cheerful.
The best part of the day was that we were able to complete all our responsibilities on time, and through teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation, the entire event was successfully accomplished. It was truly a memorable, joyful, and special day for all of us.

২১শে মে আমাদের TDC সেন্টারে একটি আনন্দঘন “লাঞ্চ টুগেদার” আয়োজন করা হয়েছিল, যেখানে কোনো ক্যাটালিস্ট ছিল না, ছিল শুধুমাত্র LAA ক্যাটালিস্ট কল্পনা। এই আয়োজনে বর্তমান ও স্টার সকল ইয়ুথ সদস্য একত্রিত হয়ে অনেক সুন্দর ও স্মরণীয় মুহূর্ত ভাগাভাগি করেছে।
আমরা সবাই আনন্দ, সম্মান এবং পারস্পরিক সহযোগিতার মাধ্যমে নিজেদের দায়িত্ব পালন করেছি, যার ফলে পুরো আয়োজনটি সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়েছে।

সবজি কাটার দায়িত্ব: ইয়ুথ ফারিয়া, ইয়ুথ মুনিয়া ও ইয়ুথ ফারজানা
স্টার ইয়ুথ বর্ষা এবং অন্যান্য সবাই রান্না ও বিভিন্ন কাজে সক্রিয়ভাবে সহযোগিতা করেছেন, যার ফলে পুরো প্রক্রিয়াটি আরও সহজ, সুশৃঙ্খল এবং সফল হয়েছে।
স্টার ইয়ুথ সদস্যরাও পুরো আয়োজন জুড়ে আমাদের পাশে ছিলেন এবং বিভিন্ন কাজে সহায়তা করেছেন। তাদের অংশগ্রহণ ও সহযোগিতা “লাঞ্চ টুগেদার” অনুষ্ঠানটিকে আরও আনন্দময়, অর্থবহ এবং সফল করে তুলেছে।
আমাদের মেন্যুতে ছিল সুস্বাদু বিরিয়ানি ও সালাদ। এছাড়া ইয়ুথ ইসরাত সবার জন্য বাসা থেকে খুবই মজার অরেঞ্জ ফ্লেভারের কেক নিয়ে এসেছিল। দুপুরের খাবারের পর আমরা সবাই একসঙ্গে কেক কেটেছি এবং হাসি আনন্দের মধ্যে তা উপভোগ করেছি। কেক কাটার সময় LAA এর শিশুরাও আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগ দিয়েছিল, যা পরিবেশকে আরও প্রাণবন্ত ও আনন্দময় করে তুলেছিল।
দিনটির সবচেয়ে সুন্দর বিষয় ছিল, আমরা সবাই সময়মতো আমাদের সকল দায়িত্ব সম্পন্ন করতে পেরেছি এবং দলগত কাজ, পারস্পরিক সম্মান ও সহযোগিতার মাধ্যমে পুরো আয়োজনটি সফল হয়েছে। এটি আমাদের সবার জন্য সত্যিই একটি স্মরণীয়, আনন্দময় এবং বিশেষ দিন ছিল।
