Please Help Us Build a Safe Home for Bashirun Nessa.

Imagine spending more than 20 years paralysed, with nowhere safe or comfortable to call home.

This is the reality of Bashirun Nessa, approximately 60 years old, from Shiromoni, Khulna.

After becoming paralysed, she was left by her husband and has had to face life’s hardships alone. She has no children and has spent years living in extremely difficult conditions.

Today, she sleeps on an old wooden bed in a home that offers very little safety or comfort.

But she deserves better.

We are trying to build a small, safe and secure home for Bashirun Nessa ; a place where she can live with dignity, comfort and peace.

The estimated cost of building the house is around BDT 1,50,000.

We are asking for your help to make this possible.

A few days ago, my friend and I met Md. Najmul Bhuiyan near Gulshan Society Lake Park. We stopped to listen to his story, and since then, we’ve stayed in contact with him and spoken with him face-to-face multiple times.

According to Mr. Najmul, his leg was severely injured after someone accidentally rode a motorcycle over it. Since then, he has been struggling to afford the medical treatment he needs.

He also told us that he has no family members who are able to support him financially. Every day, he comes to this area hoping to raise enough money to continue his treatment.

A 16-month-old baby, Nafiz, is fighting for his life.

He has been diagnosed with four holes in his heart ; a severe congenital condition. Doctors have advised urgent treatment. Every delay puts this little child at greater risk.

Nafiz’s father is a day labourer. He is doing everything he can, but the cost of treatment is far beyond what the family can afford. No parent should have to watch their child suffer while helplessly counting what they cannot pay.

I have personally spoken with Nafiz’s father, and he has shared Nafiz’s medical documents and photos with me.

Sometimes saving a life doesn’t require one person giving a huge amount.
It requires many people deciding not to scroll away.

Even 100 taka, 200 taka, 500 taka ; whatever you can contribute could bring this child closer to the treatment he urgently needs.

Help Zahida Banu Khala Continue Her Treatment

Zahida Banu Khala, a kind and hardworking office helper, is suffering from severe leg pain caused by blood clots.

Earlier, she could only afford a diploma doctor, but with kind donations (6,000 BDT), my friend Khadiza helped her consult an MBBS doctor for proper diagnosis and initial medication.

Unfortunately, her condition has worsened — she can barely walk due to pain and swelling. The doctor has advised continued treatment and regular follow-ups, but six months of medicine will cost 14,452 BDT, which she cannot afford.

We’re reopening this fundraiser to help her recover. Every contribution, big or small, will make a real difference.

For transparency, her prescriptions are attached, and the doctor’s notes or expense details can be shared upon request. She prefers not to share her photo but has provided a voice recording for verification.
