Public Policy Exchange Brussels is a relatively young, independent and politically impartial organisation which was created in the UK. It works in close cooperation with its affiliate - The International Centre for Parliamentary Studies - and operates through its EU office in Brussels, with headquarters in London and a partner organisation in Mauritius, specialising in global public policy research.

Italy is the largest pasta producer in the world. Last August, its government decided to impose new mandatory country of origin indication on rice and pasta labels – without notifying the European Commission. New rules will apply starting from February 2018.

This week, the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission reached a political agreement to end unjustified .
European consumers will be able to buy products or services online without being blocked or re-routed. According to Vice-President Andrus Ansip, this will be a reality by Christmas next year.
