LET'S BE CLEAR. CERTAIN politicians are expected to ride on the reported ICC probe on Duterte et al. in connection with the bloody but failed war against drugs. They obviously want to gain some media mileage as political dividends, although they have no political capital. This is a free country and anybody can say what he says.

But the truth has to be insisted. It was the pair of Sonny Trillanes and Gary Alejano, who have braved the storm, so to speak. With the help and support of their equally intrepid lawyers and the Magdalo Party List, the pair of former soldiers turned politicians led the research and buildup of the case against Duterte and his co-conspirators in connection with those EJKs. Their efforts have led them to file before the International Criminal Court (ICC) crimes against humanity charges against Duterte et. al. This is the first case to be filed in the ICC on the ground of an anti-drug war.

Except Leila de Lima who gave moral support, Trillanes and Alejano did not get support from their fellow opposition leaders for fear of reprisal and vengeance from Duterte. At that time, Duterte was at the zenith of power. Fellow opposition leaders like Leni Robredo did not lift a finger. They were no show. The pair are gentlemen, who would take things in stride. Other political leaders did nothing.
Ping Lacson has been supporting Duterte's EJKs and even mocked the case against Duterte et. al, saying "it would go to the wastebasket." JV Ejercito did nothing too and like Lacson, has been supporting the EJKs by quoting biblical passages to sustain them.

Nothing has been heard from Isbo Moreno, who lately has been posturing an oppositionist although everybody knows he is an opportunist. They have no moral right to talk about the subject.
In short, Trillanes and Alejano got nothing at the time they needed most the support. There was only cowardice from their opposition colleagues, or acquiescence from others. It is a good thing that what they have initiated have prospered. By the way, some other guys have joined them. They were the public interest lawyers and left-wing guys, who have helped in the documentation of those EJKs for presentation to the ICC. That has happened a little later, or in early 2019, when the Left has openly broke away from their coalition with Duterte.

Trillanes and Alejano have the bragging right to talk about the issue unlike Lacson, JV Ejercito, Jinggoy, Isbo, and the rest, who neither have the will and imagination to speak their mind. Let's not be swayed by the sound and noises of these johnny-come lately, but immoral politicians. Shame on them. Let history condemn them. (2020)

4. There is greater reasoning capacity.
5. Improved mood.

QUESTIONS THAT MIGHT HELP CLEANSING:
- Why am I saving that?
- Is it about me today?
- How will I feel if I release that?
Separate and classify:
1. To donate.
2. To throw.
3. To sell.

INSIDE CLEANING REFLECTED OUTSIDE.
1. Avoid extreme noises.
2. Less strong lights.
3. Less saturated colors.
4. Less chemical odors.
5. Less sad memories.
6. Finish unfinished projects.
7. Cultivate positive energy in your home.

Do a general cleaning and use boxes for organization. Start with drawers and cabinets and conclude each piece, do everything at your pace...
a) Trash.
b) Arrangements.
c) Recycling.
d) In doubt.
e) Gifts.
(f) Donation.
g) Sell.

As you CLEANSE, watch what changes in you.
As we clean our physical house, we also place order to our mind and heart.
Practice detachment with material things that just fill your space and you'll see how you'll slowly be able to do the same with more momentous situations.
