នៅថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ប្រាក់ ងួនហុង ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ប្រចាំសាធារណរដ្ឋសហព័ន្ធប្រេស៊ីល និងសហការី បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពិធីអបអរសាទរខួបលើកទី៥៩ នៃការបង្កើតសមាគមប្រជាជាតិអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ (អាស៊ាន) ដែលរៀបចំដោយស្ថានទូតសាធារណរដ្ឋឥណ្ឌូនេស៊ី ក្នុងនាមជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការអាស៊ានប្រចាំទីក្រុងប្រាស៊ីលីយ៉ា (ASEAN Committee in Brasília – ACB)។
ពិធីនេះមានវត្តមានជាភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយសរបស់ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ គឹមហួន អគ្គលេខាធិការអាស៊ាន ដែលកំពុងបំពេញទស្សនកិច្ចការងារជាប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រនៅប្រទេសប្រេស៊ីល ដែលជាទស្សនកិច្ចលើកដំបូងរបស់អគ្គលេខាធិការអាស៊ានមកកាន់ប្រទេសនេះ និង លោកជំទាវ Susan Kleebank រដ្ឋលេខាធិការទទួលបន្ទុកអាស៊ី និងប៉ាស៊ីហ្វិក នៃក្រសួងការបរទេសប្រេស៊ីល។ ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គលេខាធិការអាស៊ាន និងលោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាដោយរំលេចពីការរីកចម្រើននៃទំនាក់ទំនងអាស៊ាន–ប្រេស៊ីល និងសក្តានុពលសម្រាប់ការបន្តពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងភាគីទាំងពីរ។ ពិធីនេះក៏មានការចូលរួមពីឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូត ប្រធានបេសកកម្មការទូត និងភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយសជាច្រើនរូបផងដែរ។
ការប្រារព្ធខួបលើកទី៥៩ នៃការបង្កើតអាស៊ាននៅទីក្រុងប្រាស៊ីលីយ៉ា ស្របពេលនឹងទស្សនកិច្ចការងារជាប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្ររបស់ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គលេខាធិការអាស៊ាន បានឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពី សន្ទុះថ្មីនៃទំនាក់ទំនងអាស៊ាន–ប្រេស៊ីល និងការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់កាន់តែខ្លាំងរបស់ភាគីទាំងពីរ ក្នុងការធ្វើឱ្យទំនាក់ទំនងកាន់តែស៊ីជម្រៅ និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យដែលមានផលប្រយោជន៍រួម។

On 18 August 2026, H.E. Mr. Prak Nguon Hong, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Federative Republic of Brazil, accompanied by Embassy officials, attended the celebration of the 59th Anniversary of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), hosted by the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in its capacity as Chair of the ASEAN Committee in Brasília (ACB).
The celebration was graced by H.E. Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, Secretary-General of ASEAN, who was undertaking a historic working visit to Brazil, marking the first-ever visit by an ASEAN Secretary-General to the country, and H.E. Ms. Susan Kleebank, Secretary for Asia and the Pacific at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil, as Guests of Honour. In their remarks, the ASEAN Secretary-General and the Brazilian Secretary for Asia and the Pacific highlighted the growing ASEAN–Brazil relationship and the potential for further strengthening and expanding cooperation between the two sides. The event also brought together Ambassadors, Heads of Diplomatic Missions, and other distinguished guests.
The celebration of ASEAN’s 59th Anniversary in Brasília, coinciding with the historic working visit of the ASEAN Secretary-General, reflected the new momentum in ASEAN–Brazil relations and the growing commitment of both sides to deepening their relationship and expanding cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

នៅថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ប្រាក់ ងួនហុង បានជូនសារតាំងជូន ឯកឧត្តម José Antonio Kast ប្រធានាធិបតីនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋស៊ីលី ក្នុងឋានៈជាឯកអគ្គរាជទូតវិសាមញ្ញ និងពេញសមត្ថភាពនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ប្រចាំសាធារណរដ្ឋស៊ីលី នៅវិមានរដ្ឋ La Moneda ទីក្រុងសាន់ទីអាហ្គោ សាធារណរដ្ឋស៊ីលី។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរាជទូតបានពិភាក្សា និងផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់ប្រកបដោយភាពកក់ក្តៅ និងស្និទ្ធស្នាលជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តមប្រធានាធិបតី ព្រមទាំងឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងអនុរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេសស៊ីលី។

ភាគីទាំងពីរបានបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការបន្តពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងកម្ពុជា–ស៊ីលី និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យដែលផ្តល់ផលប្រយោជន៍រួម។ 🇰🇭🤝🇨🇱

On 12 August 2026, H.E. Mr. Prak Nguon Hong presented his Letters of Credence to H.E. Mr. José Antonio Kast, President of the Republic of Chile, accrediting him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of Chile, at La Moneda Palace in Santiago, Republic of Chile.

On this occasion, H.E. the Ambassador held warm and cordial discussions and exchanged views with H.E. the President, as well as H.E. the Minister and Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Chile.

Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthen Cambodia–Chile relations and expand cooperation in areas of mutual interest. 🇰🇭🤝🇨🇱

ចូលរួមពិធីសច្ចាប្រណិធានចូលកាន់តំណែងជាប្រធានាធិបតីនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប៉េរូ

នៅថ្ងៃទី២៧ និងទី២៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ប្រាក់ ងួនហុង ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតវិសាមញ្ញ និងពេញសមត្ថភាពនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ប្រចាំសាធារណរដ្ឋសហព័ន្ធប្រេស៊ីល និងជាតំណាងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពិធីសច្ចាប្រណិធានចូលកាន់តំណែងជាប្រធានាធិបតីនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប៉េរូ។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមបានជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងផ្លាស់ប្តូរការស្វាគមន៍ជាមួយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ ឥស្សរជនជាន់ខ្ពស់នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប៉េរូ ព្រមទាំងប្រមុខគណៈប្រតិភូ និងឥស្សរជនបរទេសជាច្រើន ដែលបានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីដ៏មានអត្ថន័យនេះ។

ការចូលរួមក្នុងបេសកកម្មនេះ ឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការបន្តពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងមិត្តភាព និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទ្វេភាគីជាមួយសាធារណរដ្ឋប៉េរូ ព្រមទាំងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយបណ្តាប្រទេសជាមិត្ត។ បេសកកម្មនេះក៏ប្រព្រឹត្តទៅស្របពេលដែលព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសាធារណរដ្ឋប៉េរូ ប្រារព្ធខួប ៥០ ឆ្នាំនៃការបង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងការទូត ក្រោមស្មារតី «អង្គរ និងម៉ាចូពីឈូ» ដែលជានិមិត្តរូបនៃមិត្តភាព ការគោរពគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក និងការតភ្ជាប់រវាងអរិយធម៌ដ៏រុងរឿងរបស់ប្រជាជាតិទាំងពីរ។

Participation in the Presidential Inauguration Ceremony of the Republic of Peru

On 27–28 July 2026, H.E. Mr. Prak Nguon Hong, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Federative Republic of Brazil and Representative of the Kingdom of Cambodia, participated in the Presidential Inauguration Ceremony of the Republic of Peru.

On the occasion, His Excellency paid courtesy calls and exchanged greetings with senior leaders and high-ranking dignitaries of the Republic of Peru, as well as heads of foreign delegations and distinguished international guests attending this significant event.

The mission reflects the Kingdom of Cambodia’s steadfast commitment to further strengthening the bonds of friendship and bilateral cooperation with the Republic of Peru, while also expanding cooperation with friendly countries. The visit also coincided with the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Republic of Peru, under the spirit of “Angkor and Machu Picchu”—a symbol of friendship, mutual respect, and the enduring connection between the rich civilizations of the two nations.

ជំនួបនេះបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្នុងបរិយាកាសស្និទ្ធស្នាល និងមិត្តភាព ដោយភាគីទាំងពីរបានផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនៈអំពីការវិវត្តនៃទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងកម្ពុជា និងប្រេស៊ីល ព្រមទាំងរវាងសិង្ហបុរី និងប្រេស៊ីល ហើយបានពិភាក្សាអំពីបទពិសោធន៍លើការងារការទូត កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងស្ថានទូតទាំងពីរនៅប្រេស៊ីល និងការសម្របសម្រួលក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌគណៈកម្មាធិការអាស៊ានប្រចាំទីក្រុងប្រាស៊ីលីយ៉ា (ASEAN Committee in Brasília – ACB)។

On the afternoon of 15 July 2026, H.E. Prak Nguon Hong, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Federative Republic of Brazil, received a courtesy call from H.E. Wei Wen Chia, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Singapore to the Federative Republic of Brazil.

The meeting was held in a warm and cordial atmosphere, during which the two Ambassadors exchanged views on the development of Cambodia–Brazil relations as well as Singapore–Brazil relations. They also discussed diplomatic experiences, cooperation between the two Embassies in Brazil, and coordination within the framework of the ASEAN Committee in Brasília (ACB).

Both Ambassadors reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening cooperation and close coordination between the two Embassies in Brazil, with a view to contributing to the advancement of Cambodia–Brazil and Singapore–Brazil relations, while enhancing ASEAN’s presence and cooperation in Brazil.

នៅថ្ងៃនេះ លោក សុខ សុភា បានបញ្ចប់បេសកកម្មការទូតរបស់ខ្លួនជាផ្លូវការ និងវិលត្រឡប់ទៅបំពេញភារកិច្ចនៅមាតុប្រទេសវិញ បន្ទាប់ពីបានបំពេញអាណត្តិការទូតដោយជោគជ័យ។

លោកគឺជាមន្ត្រីស្ថានទូតដំបូងបង្អស់របស់កម្ពុជាប្រចាំប្រទេសប្រេស៊ីល ហើយក៏ជាមន្ត្រីការទូតកម្ពុជាដំបូងដែលបានបញ្ចប់អាណត្តិបេសកកម្មការទូតពេញលេញ ចាប់តាំងពីស្ថានទូតត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើង។

10 July 2026 is a meaningful day for the Royal Embassy of Cambodia to the Federative Republic of Brazil.

On this day, Mr. Sok Sophea officially concluded his diplomatic mission and returned to continue his service in Cambodia after successfully completing his diplomatic assignment.

Mr. Sok Sophea is the first official assigned to the Royal Embassy of Cambodia to Brazil, and also the first Cambodian diplomat to complete a full diplomatic tour of duty since the establishment of the Embassy.

Throughout his assignment, he demonstrated professionalism, dedication, a strong sense of responsibility, and a positive spirit in carrying out his duties as a representative of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He also made significant contributions to strengthening the friendship and cooperation between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Federative Republic of Brazil.

The Embassy expresses its sincere appreciation for his dedication, hard work, and valuable contributions, and extends its best wishes to him and his family for good health, happiness, and every success in his future responsibilities.
