The 𝑳𝑮𝑼-𝑽𝒊𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒂, 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑴𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒂𝒍 𝑨𝒈𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒕 received 𝟑𝟎𝟏 𝒃𝒂𝒈𝒔 of 𝑵𝑺𝑰𝑪 𝑹𝑪-𝟐𝟏𝟖 𝒔𝒆𝒆𝒅𝒔 under the 𝑹𝑪𝑬𝑭 𝑺𝒆𝒆𝒅 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎 for Wet Season 2026 through the support of 𝑷𝑯𝑰𝑳𝑹𝑰𝑪𝑬 𝑳𝒐𝒔 𝑩𝒂𝒏𝒐𝒔. 🌾🌾🌾

The program aims to enhance rice productivity, improve farmers’ income, and support food security by providing certified in**ed rice seeds to eligible rice farmers. It also seeks to strengthen the competitiveness of the rice sector through access to high-quality seed varieties suitable for the wet season planting period.

The 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑽𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝑳𝒂𝒈𝒖𝒏𝒂 & 𝑫𝑨𝑹𝑭𝑶-𝑰𝑽𝑨 in coordination with the 𝑴𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒂𝒍 𝑨𝒈𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆 – 𝑽𝒊𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒂, conducted an 𝑨𝒇𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝑺𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝑭𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 (𝑨𝑺𝑭) surveillance activity in three barangays of Victoria.

During the activity, the team collected blood samples from 12 pigs for laboratory testing. The surveillance aims to assess the ASF status of the area and support efforts to upgrade Victoria's zoning classification from a 𝑹𝒆𝒅 (𝑰𝒏𝒇𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒆𝒅) 𝒁𝒐𝒏𝒆 to a 𝑷𝒊𝒏𝒌 (𝑩𝒖𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓) 𝒁𝒐𝒏𝒆, in accordance with ASF control and recovery protocols.

This activity aims to 𝒆𝒗𝒂𝒍𝒖𝒂𝒕𝒆, 𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒔𝒔, and 𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒈𝒏𝒊𝒛𝒆 the performance and contributions of each team member. It also seeks to 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒎𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌, 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒎𝒐𝒕𝒆 𝒂 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉𝒚 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝒆𝒏𝒗𝒊𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕, and 𝒆𝒏𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝒆𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒚𝒆𝒆𝒔.

The program's objective is to foster stronger working relationships and ensure that everyone remains aligned in carrying out their respective duties and responsibilities effectively and efficiently. Through this activity, team members will have the opportunity to reflect on their accomplishments, identify areas for improvement, and work together toward achieving the goals of the department.

On 𝑴𝒂𝒚 𝟐𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, a successful distribution of the 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑭𝒂𝒓𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒔 & 𝑭𝒊𝒔𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒐𝒍𝒌𝒔 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 (𝑷𝑨𝑭𝑭𝑷) program was conducted at San Pablo Central School through the support and assistance of 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒈. 𝑨𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒏 𝑨𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒆 and 𝑫𝑨-𝑹𝑭𝑶-𝑰𝑽𝑨.

The program aimed to 𝒔𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕 𝒍𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒇𝒂𝒓𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒔 in their agricultural activities by providing assistance during these challenging times. This initiative highlights the continued commitment to helping and empowering the farming community.
