The 12th Gewog Tshogde (GT) was successfully convened today, 17/07/2026, on an auspicious day, bringing together local leaders and sector heads to deliberate on important developmental plans and key issues concerning the Gewog.
The session was conducted smoothly, with productive discussions and active participation from all members. Key resolutions were reviewed, progress on ongoing projects was carefully assessed, and strategic plans were outlined to further strengthen community development and enhance public service delivery.
During the meeting, several important agenda items were identified for further deliberation at a higher level. Accordingly, these agendas will be formally submitted to the Dzongkhag Tshogdue for discussion during the upcoming Dzongkhag Tshogdue session.
The Tshogde concluded with the offering of Zhabten for His Majesty The King, Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, praying for His Majesty's long life, good health, and continued guidance for the peace and prosperity of the nation.
The successful conduct of the 12th Gewog Tshogde reflects the continued commitment, unity, and cooperation of all stakeholders toward promoting good governance, sustainable development, and the overall well-being of the community.
