I am a citizen of Bhutan. Due to serious and continuous security threats, I have been forced to live a hidden and underground life for a long period of time. After being detained for more than ten years by the former King of Bhutan, I was eventually released as a result of international pressure and global intervention. However, I was expelled from my country without any form of compensation or legal redress.
Today, I am an elderly man living in extremely vulnerable conditions. I have no support, no protection, and no stability. I wander without shelter, struggling even to preserve my own life. I am approaching eighty years of age. Property and assets worth billions were confiscated from me, and no effort was made by the former ruler to restore them. Instead, I was subjected to systematic isolation and persecution.
Amnesty International, London formally recognized me as a “Prisoner of Conscience,” which stands as an international moral and legal acknowledgment of injustice. The International Red Cross also recognized my innocence and facilitated my release. Despite these facts, powerful interest groups and fear-driven networks, unwilling to challenge royal authority, have continuously deprived me of justice.
On humanitarian grounds, I humbly seek even a small measure of support, guidance, or solidarity from wise, compassionate, and conscientious individuals like you. With sincere hope and faith in humanity, I write this appeal from afar, even as a stranger. If there are any shortcomings in this message, I respectfully ask for your forgiveness.
History bears witness that when plans were being formed within the power structures of Bhutan and Nepal to take my life, timely international awareness and the intervention of the President of the United States, Ronald Reagan, enabled me to survive. For this reason, I still believe that humanity, conscience, and justice can prevail.
My true name is Tek Nath Rizal. My life history, imprisonment, international recognition, and struggle for justice are publicly available through online sources (Google).

Comment :
When even the Indian media and National Human Rights institutions chose silence after such brutal and heartbreaking atrocities, and justice was never delivered even after the deaths of figures like Ronald Reagan, the King of Nepal, and Rajiv Gandhi, one must ask: how will the suffering of the Bhutanese people ever be resolved?
If deceiving the world, denying truth, and committing crimes against humanity carry no consequences, then accountability has no meaning. Jigme Singye Wangchuck must be held responsible and subjected to impartial justice. Only then can the world honestly claim that human rights and human dignity still matter.

INHUMAN SCIENTIFIC PRACTICE
lN BHUTAN– Dated 25-1-2026
by Professor, Arun Kumar Sing
Bhutan is primarily inhibited by three communities .Recently, I came across a hidden story .that.how Bhutan has grave power to shake,? The conscience of the world. democracy, without power as it remains fractured, all organs of state are still directed by the fifth Monarch .
So maney citizens have been subjected to severe mental and neurological torture through covert mind control .
This systematic use of mind-influencing technologies amounts to psychological slavery and cruel, inhuman treatment.

ln this regards late .Pundit Jawahar Lal Nehru in his autobiography has elaborated It is a machine which works away callously and unthinkingly, crushing all that come under its grip,
. It means a slow and continuous deterioration of the mind, It is the killing of the spirit by degrees, the slow vivisection of the soul. Even if a man survives it, he becomes abnormal and an absolute misfit in the world."
Mind control subvert an individual's own thinking, behavior, emotions, or decisions.
The names used for mind control are mind reading, mind ammunition, mind pathology, mind sensor, mind detect, mind abuse, mind torture, mind shock, mind research, mind monitor, brainwashing, ect.

Subject: Urgent Appeal for Justice and Investigation into Cross-Border Mind Control Torture

Respected President Trump,

With utmost respect, I, Tek Nath Rizal, a long-time human rights defender and former political prisoner from Bhutan, write this urgent appeal seeking justice and international intervention. For years, I and

Maney citizens have been subjected to severe mental and neurological torture through covert mind control technologies.

These acts have caused immense suffering, violating fundamental human rights and international law.

Despite continuous appeals to various institutions, no transparent investigation has been initiated, while the perpetrators believed to be connected with Bhutanese intelligence networks continue their operations unchecked.

This systematic use of mind-influencing technologies amounts to psychological slavery and cruel, inhuman treatment.

I humbly request your good office to urge relevant U.S. and international scientific, human rights, and intelligence agencies to investigate this form of torture and to raise this issue at the United Nations and allied global forums. Humanity must not accept silent technological oppression.

Your support could give hope to countless victims who are suffering in silence across borders.

Respect taken through threats is not honor—it is coercion.
Honor given in gratitude carries dignity; honor extracted by fear carries shame.
Those with constitutional authority in India—the Prime Minister or its diplomatic representatives—should have drawn this clear moral line. Instead, silence has prevailed. As long as border disputes remain unresolved, even that moral leadership has been withdrawn.
History will remember who spoke when justice was strangled,
and who chose silence to protect power .

Today humanity is being sold, and silence has become a profession.
The poor have no money—and without money, there is no justice.

The Scientific Basis of Mind Control - INHUMAN SCIENTIFIC PRACTICES IN BHUTAN”
hutan Practices Inhumane Scientific Devic and Mind control.
by Professor and Dr, Arun Kumar Sing
Recently, I came across a truth-based book written by P, Dr.Arun Kumar Singh a narrative so profound and disturbing that it has the power to shake the conscience of the world. Due to practical limitations, it has not been possible to convert this book into a video format.
However, the book that exposes the horrors of Bhutan documents realities that cannot and must not be ignored. It reveals deeply troubling practices and human rights violations that demand serious reflection and global attention.
From among the many issues highlighted in this book, I am sharing here some of the most critical and alarming points. This is not merely an act of sharing information, but an urgent attempt to draw attention to hidden truths that affect human dignity, especially the safety and integrity of women and young people.
B H U T A N
Bhutan sandwiched between two Asian giants - China and India, is mainly a country of immigrants, represents a multi-lingual and multi-cultural society and ruled by the king (1907-2008).
Though Bhutan embraced democracy, it remains fractured, as all organs of state (legislative, executive and judicial) are dictated, directed and ruled by the king
In this regard, author remembers an incident when his first two articles on Bhutanese refugees were published in Pioneer (1,2), a leading English daily of India. Only a few hours after the second article was published, 1 received a call from Embassy of Bhutan in Delhi that two senior officials want to meet me. We agreed to meet the same evening-25 January 1996. I remember the date as I have a copy of the paper. At 4:30 two officials, introducing Secretary (II or III) and his accomplice arrived, with a gift. I politely declined the gift, saying I can't accept gift from strangers. The immediate response was - "We invite you to visit Bhutan to become friends and see yourself how quite, calm and peaceful our people are. They have their own system of electing their representatives for National Assembly." During the conversation, they again repeated their invitation 2-3 times, but I kept declining, as I have seen my friends in media, on their return from Bhutan taking a pro-king position. Why these persons were insisting me to visit Bhutan? I immediately sensed something is wrong but had no idea at that time. I finally knew what was wrong. Has it become a common practice in Bhutan that anybody can be exposed to ELF radiation to make him happy and change his perceptions, through mind control.
late .Jawahar Lal Nehru in his autobiography has elaborated about solitary confinement. He wrote "One sees in prison the inhuman side of the state apparatus of administrative repression at its worst. It is a machine which works away callously and unthinkingly, crushing all that come under its grip,
Regarding the solitary confinement Nehru wrote confinement, even for a short period, is a most painful affair, for it to be prolonged for years is a terrible thing. It means a slow and continuous deterioration of the mind, till it begins to border on insanity, and the appearance of a look of vacancy, or a frightened animal type of expression. It is the killing of the spirit by degrees, the slow vivisection of the soul. Even if a man survives it, he becomes abnormal and an absolute misfit in the world."
Mind control is a broad range of psychological tactics able to subvert an individual's control of his own thinking, behavior, emotions, or decisions. The other names used for mind control are mind reading, mind ammunition, mind pathology, mind sensor, mind detect, mind abuse, mind torture, mind shock, mind research, mind monitor, brainwashing, etc.
Bhutan's Mothithang VVIP guest house point towards a sinister design. In this guest house late Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi had stayed with his family. Former Chief Minister of West Bengal late Mr. Jyoti Basu had also stayed there. Many other distinguished leaders too have stayed there
It is a matter of general knowledge in India that the then PM Mrs. Indira Gandhi post-1980 adopted a frosty posture towards Bhutan and this would not have escaped from the knowledge of Rajiv Gandhi. Yet an extremely close friendship developed between fourth king and Indian PM Rajiv Gandhi, after visiting Bhutan in 1985.
Is it due to the fact that during his stay in Thimphu, fourth king secretly exposed Rajiv Gandhi to a radiation of 7.83 Hertz ELF waves for 40-60 seconds, which make a person feel good and happy? Is that why Rajiv Gandhi literally agreed to whatever fourth king sought during his visit? Is that why the then CM of West Bengal Jyoti Basu never raised his voice on the gross injustice done to Bhutanese refugees? This also reminds author that in the course of his association with the cause of Bhutanese refugees, few media-persons who used to criticize the policies of fourth king but after visiting Bhutan came out singing praise of the king. And similar is the case of many academicians and intellectuals. If all this is mere coincidence, it is the strangest and rarest coincidence
Actually, in spite of all the western education, the intrinsic feudal character, born out of feudal ancestry, remained ingrained among the elites. So after their education, they were awarded with prized posts in the government, but despite their western education, no sweeping reforms came forth. They instead indulged in strengthening their feudal base, as it extracted for them maximum political, social and economic benefits. New ways to keep the feudalism and power intact were learnt and this progressed into the ruling elite developing dual characteristics - outwardly democratic and inwardly brutally feudal .
Thanking.
