📢 Now Accepting Applications – Monastic Institute for Language Studies (Zhung Dratshang)
The Monastic Institute for Language Studies is pleased to announce the opening of applications for its intensive two-year language program at Gaselo, Wangdue Phodrang.
This program is designed exclusively for monks of Zhung Dratshang and offers:
🔹 Advanced English training
🔹 Beginner to Intermediate Chinese courses
🔹 Fully immersive and intensive curriculum
🔹 Nationally recognized certification in English and communication skills
Eligibility Requirements:
• Monks of Zhung Dratshang
• Minimum Class 8 or higher English proficiency (certificate not required)
• Commitment to a full-time two-year program
📍 Location: Gaselo, Wangdue Phodrang
🗓 Application Deadline: 05 April 2026
🎯 Limited intake: Only 20 seats available
