Construction Industry Trust Fund - citf The following trades are offered at CITF: Bricklaying, Plastering, Wall and Floor Tiling, Finishing

The objective of the project is to train semi-skilled and skilled artisans in the vocations of Building and Construction and other trades needed to diversify the economy. The chosen approach and method used in training is Competency Based Modular Training Programme which is a crash training programme designed to alleviate shortage of skilled manpower in the in the building and construction sector.

The project support the broader ministry strategy by rapidly producing the skills required to meet the large demands arising from proposed and on-going projects in Gaborone and the country at large.
