From dialogue to action - advancing Botswana’s private sector 🇧🇼

Last week’s Development Partners Round Table brought together voices from government, business, academia, and development partners along with Dr. Farzam Kamalabadi, the Presidential Envoy on International Relations & Economic Development to tackle one central question: How do we unlock Botswana’s full private sector potential?

Through rich discussions and global insights, participants:
💡 Diagnosed key barriers to investment and growth
💡 Identified practical reforms to improve the business environment
💡 Highlighted the critical role of SMEs and informal enterprises
💡 Strengthened collaboration across sectors

The result? A shared vision, actionable priorities, and renewed momentum toward building a dynamic enterprise ecosystem that creates jobs and drives inclusive growth.
