This common duty interest is to insure that we have a peace of mind in all issues relating to disturbances ranging from civil to criminal offence. We are currently about to complete an operation model with the relevant authorities and we are prepared to do whatever it takes to contribute meaningfully.

INSURANCE COVER

BODYGUARD180 has insurance policies of over P3, 000,000.00 (Three million) catering for workmen’s compensation, a clung voluntary group live and funeral benefit covers. The other insurance policy that the company has is the Professional Indemnity Cover catering for our clients’ compensation as the need may arise.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

The Company Management is composed of people with vast experience in security and related industry .Our Service/Operations Manager worked for Botswana Police Services in the middle management at Criminal Investigation Department (CID and therefore support the whole team with all the necessary operations ` requirements.

BODYGUARD180 Security Services is Katz group of companies’ member registered as a Katz holdings (Pty) Ltd trade name number 61479 under companies’ registration act of Botswana. The company was founded and established in May 2001 and is duly established, run and controlled by 100% citizens of Botswana at all levels of its structure.

Base Office and Office Facility

KATZ HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD. currently occupies an office in Plot No 11617 Mogoditshane Ledumadumane, with a total space of about 140 square meters. This office is fully equipped and staffed in addition it is served by two (2) telephone lines, fax and electronic mail (E-mail).

Our computer software packages include; Stardust, AutoCAD release 14, AutoCAD lite, Cad 2000, Civil design, 3D home design, Microsoft project, Microsoft windows 98, Word 98, Excel, WinQS, Lotus 1,2,3 and many more.

The following computer hardware is available in our office.
o 3no. 266 MHz Gateway 2000 with 64 MB RAM, 2.1 GB HDD, CD ROM and monitors with super VGA cards.
o 2no. 266 MHz Pentiums with 64 MB RAM, 2.1 HDD, CD ROM and monitors with super VGA cards.
o 1no. Ricon FC2070 Digital Copier.
o 1no. Laser-Jet 2000 Digital Copier.
We intend designating other workstations should we accomplish our endeavour to secure a good working relationship with the local market. That is if the work/project load and location dictate the need to do so. This will not negatively impact on our ability to manage our current base workload.
