It was a pleasure attending Richmond Hill Hindu Temple Youth Day 2026.

Today, we recognize Emancipation Day—a day to remember the end of slavery in the British Empire and to honour the courage, resilience, and contributions of Black communities throughout history.

It is a time to reflect on the importance of freedom, equality, respect, and inclusion. While we acknowledge the progress that has been made, we also recognize the importance of continuing to build communities where everyone feels valued, heard, and has the opportunity to thrive.

Let's continue to learn from our history, stand against discrimination, and work together to create a stronger, more inclusive future for all.

I'm honoured to be running for Regional Councillor for Ward 2 – Ajax.

Over the past several weeks, I've been meeting residents, knocking on doors, and listening to your concerns, ideas, and hopes for our community. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to speak with me and share your thoughts. Your support and encouragement mean a lot.

I believe in being accessible, transparent, accountable, and always putting residents first. With my background in finance and my commitment to community service, I will work hard to ensure responsible spending, transparent decision-making, practical solutions, safer neighbourhoods, and a stronger voice for Ward 2 at the regional level.

If I haven't had the chance to meet you yet, I look forward to seeing you soon. Together, we can build a stronger, safer, and more vibrant Ajax.

It was a pleasure attending the 5th Annual Elliottglen Street Party!

This community has truly set a wonderful example of how neighbours can come together, support one another, and build strong connections. It was inspiring to see families, especially children, spending time together, playing, making memories, and learning the importance of kindness, teamwork, and community values.

Initiatives like this help keep our neighbourhoods connected and teach the next generation the true meaning of community spirit. What a great example for the rest of Ward 2 and the Town of Ajax.

Thank you, Raj, and the organizing committee for the invitation and for giving me the opportunity to be part of this special milestone celebration. Congratulations on reaching your 5th Annual Street Party!

It was a pleasure to attend the 100th Anniversary Celebration of the Royal Canadian Legion at Ajax Legion Branch 322.

Celebrating 100 years of service is a remarkable milestone. Thank you to all the veterans, Legion members, and volunteers who have dedicated themselves to serving our country and supporting our community.

It was a pleasure attending the Egyptian Festival and celebrating the rich culture, traditions, food and community spirit of the Egyptian community.

As a Regional Councillor candidate, I believe our community is strongest when we celebrate and support the diverse cultures that make our region such a wonderful place to live.

Thank you to all the organizers, volunteers, and community members who made this event so special. It was wonderful to connect with so many people and celebrate together.
