We had a great time celebrating our 10 year anniversary yesterday! Hayden shocked everyone by winning the cardboard boat races after a lengthy swim. Thanks to Hunt Excavation for upping the ante with a $50 cash prize. 2nd place (1st for the women 😆) went to Eireann, and Ava took 3rd place! Colton won the prize for predicting the winners in the correct order. He was the only one who had faith in Hayden-certainly not his boat building skills but his swimming ability! Steven won the duck races and Kyle won our memory games. We enjoyed walking tacos and ice cream cake for lunch. We had a blast swimming, tubing and going on the boat. Thanks to everyone for coming out to celebrate and for supporting us over the last 10 years.

This week we went grocery shopping, learned about healthy substitutes in some of our favourite meals, spent a lot of time in the kitchen making healthy California Chicken Sandwiches and a baked potato bar, celebrated a birthday with a funny cake, had a picnic, exercised, got creative at Art Haven, worked on our garden, and supported Miracle Treat Day at DQ.
