New radar speed signs are now in operation on Bay View Street and Sands Street!

These are another tool to help encourage safe driving and keep our roads safe for residents, visitors, pedestrians, cyclists, and golf carts alike. Thanks for slowing down and helping make Rochon Sands a safer community for everyone.

New Beach Walkway Bylaw Now in Effect

To help keep our new beach walkway safe, accessible, and in great condition for everyone, Council has approved a new bylaw regarding its use.

The Summer Village of Rochon Sands Canada Day Fireworks will light up the sky on Saturday, July 4, 2026, beginning at dark (approximately 11:00 p.m.).

Every year, the Buffalo Lake Fireworks Society—a dedicated group of local volunteers—puts on one of the most spectacular fireworks displays in the Province.

The show is made possible entirely through donations from people like you.

If you enjoy the fireworks each year, please consider making a donation to help keep this incredible community tradition alive.
