Good things happen when people sit down and talk.

That's exactly what Aisha, our Community Integration Specialist, has been doing over the past few weeks. She’s met with more than 30 community organizations across Peel and York to share information about Integrated Employment Services and learn about the incredible work happening in local communities.

Every conversation helps strengthen the network of support available to job seekers. Because when organizations know each other, work together, and share resources, it's easier for people to find the help they need.

Effective caseload management relies on clarity, consistency and practical tools.

Service providers from Dixon Hall, CVE, COSTI, Achev and JVS Toronto came together at the Richmond Hill YMCA Employment Centre for Caseload Confidence training with WCG.

The session focused on strengthening day-to-day approaches to managing workloads, with an emphasis on prioritisation, organisation, and navigating high-demand situations.

Through real-world scenarios and discussion, participants gained strategies that they can apply right away to support their clients more effectively while managing their caseloads with confidence.

Des fournisseurs de services issus de Dixon Hall, CVE, COSTI, Achev et JVS Toronto se sont réunis au centre pour l'emploi du YMCA de Richmond Hill pour suivre une formation intitulée « Caseload Confidence » organisée par WCG.
