October is breast cancer awareness month. A good reminder to be sure to self examine and get anything questionable checked!

Hard to believe it has been 10 years since this lady left us.
Jody passed away on October 14, 2016, at the age of 39, following a courageous battle with cancer.
I had to share this memory. A fun fact many might not know is that Jody was former Miss Caribbean Queen International in Jamaica after at 17 years old, she became the youngest winner ever crowned Miss Nova Scotia.
