Our August 22nd session at SilverKnots Seniors Community was filled with moments of calm, reflection, and meaningful connection. 🧘‍♀️🌿
A heartfelt THANK YOU to Moneca Pabbies and the wonderful Heartfulness Meditation YYC team for leading our seniors through such a peaceful and heart-opening meditation experience. 🙏💛
Your guidance helped our seniors experience the power of stillness, inner peace, mindfulness, and emotional well-being. The session was truly appreciated by everyone who attended.
At SilverKnots Seniors Community, we believe that true wellness includes nurturing the mind, body, heart, and soul. 💙
