Saturday, April 4th: A Day Well Spent! 🗓️
Our recent Seniors Program was a huge success! We focused on total wellness, from muscle strengthening and light exercise to learning the ropes of Bridge with the expert guidance of Mr. Arun Thatte.

We also added some extra fun to the mix:
🃏 Lighter card games for social connection.
🪵 High-concentration Jenga that brought out plenty of laughter and friendly competition!

The physical and mental fitness of our Seniors is our top priority—and we’re having a blast making it happen! ✨

What a truly heartwarming and memorable beginning for our SilverKnots Seniors Community! 💛

On February 22, we were delighted to see such a wonderful turnout, with a big group of seniors coming together to celebrate connection, community, and shared experiences. The energy in the room was uplifting and inspiring.

One of the most special moments of the day was hearing our seniors share their personal stories — journeys filled with wisdom, resilience, laughter, and life lessons. Each story added a beautiful thread to the SilverKnots tapestry.

It was equally meaningful to see everyone listening, learning, and gaining a deeper understanding of one another. New friendships were sparked, old connections were strengthened, and a true sense of belonging was felt by all.

This is just the beginning — and what a beautiful beginning it has been! 🌸

Here’s to many more moments of togetherness, learning, and joyful celebration.

What a wonderful session SilverKnots Seniors had on Sunday March 22nd, with Dr. Partha Boruah from Smile 32 Dentistry. Dr. Partha led an engaging discussion, highlighting how good oral health truly builds a stronger mind and body. He shared some fantastic tips for seniors, including the benefits of eating supper by 6 PM, aiming for sleeping by 10 PM, and powering down social media and phones after 8 PM to improve overall well-being. Dr. Partha also reminded us about the importance of daily walks and maintaining a disciplined, active life. We're so grateful to Dr. Partha Boruah for sharing his expertise on oral hygiene and navigating sleep challenges!😁

Another successful SilverKnots Seniors Community gathering! 🌼

Our Saturday March 7 program was filled with positive energy and joyful moments — starting with Gentle Body Stretching and Meditation, helping everyone relax and refresh. This was followed by fun games that challenged both mind and body coordination, bringing lots of excitement and friendly competition.

We also celebrated the vibrant spirit of Holi, adding color, laughter, and festive cheer to the day. 🎨

It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces, laughter, and new friendships forming. What a beautiful way to spend the weekend — staying active, connecting with others, and celebrating together.

Thank you to everyone who joined and made the event so special. Looking forward to many more joyful gatherings with our amazing Indian seniors community! 💛
