Tried drying hydrangeas this year and found some methods more successful than others. For example: 🌸 hanging flowers up...

Tried drying hydrangeas this year and found some methods more successful than others. For example:

🌸 hanging flowers upside down in the basement seemed to allow more foliage wilting/limpness
🌸Those that were cut and placed in pots outside looked great for a few weeks then turned brown & died
🌸 the cut flowers placed in a bowl inside in shallow water - & allowed to dry gradually seemed to do the best!

Tips/tricks that have worked for you are welcome!
