Registration for the Club Action 50+ Summer Games is now open!!
Three ways to register
1. Fill out online form at https://forms.gle/6zoRL8W2woFMTepF7
2. Email registration info to [email protected]
3. Fill out form available from Corbeil Park Hall or EF Public Library
Pay by etransfer to [email protected] with "Games Entry Fee" in memo or
Cheque payable to East Ferris Golden Age Club with "Games Entry Fee" in memo
Deposit cheque (and form, if hardcopy used) in black lock box inside Corbeil Park Hall (usually open during the day)
(new lock box installed on beverage room wall directly in front of entry door)
Register by May 20th to be eligible for the Early Bird Draw
Space is limited so register ASAP
