Did you know about SNAP? The City of Dauphin’s Subsidized Spay & Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) helps make spaying and neutering more affordable for owners of licensed dogs and cats in Dauphin.

Through SNAP, eligible pet owners can receive a voucher covering 50% of the cost of their pet’s spay or neuter, up to:
🐕 $175 – Female dogs
🐕 $125 – Male dogs
🐈 $125 – Female cats
🐈 $75 – Male cats

To qualify, you must be a City of Dauphin resident and your pet must have a current City pet licence. Approved vouchers can be used at the Dauphin Veterinary Clinic or Uptown Pet Clinic.

SNAP helps reduce pet overpopulation in our community while supporting responsible pet ownership. 💙

Applications are available at City Hall or online:

Funding is available until the program’s annual budget is exhausted.
