Water Delivery Policy
Effective April 1, 2023

Delivery Scheduling - All deliveries are to be made by calling/texting 519-809-1311 only - no less than 48 hours in advance, NO EXCEPTIONS. Upon scheduling your delivery, you must state whether you are wanting 1 or 2 loads so we can schedule our time appropriately. If you do not speak with dispatch directly, do not assume that you are scheduled.

We encourage our customers using holding tanks for residential purposes to call for water delivery before their tank becomes empty. To place an order when your water level drops to 1/4 of a tank is the safe thing to do. If you let your tank get too low and an emergency delivery is needed, a special delivery charge will be added to your bill.

Prices - All prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed, except prices given for an already scheduled delivery.

Payment Terms - All deliveries are payable no later than 30 days. For account balances over 30 days, a service charge of $50 per month/per invoice will be added to your account and can result in services being cut off until account has been paid.

Delinquent Accounts - For account balances over 30 days, a service charge of $50 per month/per invoice will be added to each outstanding invoice. No water will be delivered until all overdue invoices are paid in full. We are not responsible for accounts that run out of water because of deliveries being held due to nonpayment. Should the account go to collections or small claims court, the homeowner/company who arranged water delivery agrees to pay any reasonable fees pertaining to the collection of the account.

This policy will be posted on our webpage, social media accounts, invoices, customer acknowledgement forms and distributed to all appropriate companies whom we work with on a regular basis.

ARE YOU PREPARED for your water to be delivered?! A few tips to make delivery quick and easy for both parties!!! 🌞🌞🌞

Upon calling/scheduling for your water delivery service we ask that you please:

💲NOTE: We price by the truckload 7,500 Imp Gal/34,000L, NOT by if the pool is "full". A truckload DOES NOT FILL every pool due to varying sizes. If you ask for one truckload, you will get charged for one truckload whether that makes the pool half or 3/4 full. If it uses a partial truckload you will be prorated to a lesser price for that load.

📏Measure - Have dimensions of the pool available for us upon calling (also if topping up, please notify us how far the water is from the skimmer.) We need to calculate how much water the pool holds so there is no miscommunication. There is a big difference in what a 24' and a 27' round will hold.

🚩Notify us of the build of the pool - above ground (ex: ring, frame) or inground (ex: concrete, sand bottoms.)

⌚Remove any covers BEFORE we arrive.

🛠️Make sure PUMP and FITTINGS are all connected so you don't lose water when we start to fill. We are not responsible and do not compensate for water loss due to leaks or faulty plumbing or faulty installs.

💦Have any chemicals that you would like put in the pool ready so they can be mixed as the water is being poured in. Chemicals work better if they are mixed at this point!

🐾PLEASE HAVE PETS PUT AWAY - out of respect and safety for our workers (and of course so they don't escape while we are entering or leaving the area.) And have their "business" cleaned up - there is nothing worse than doo on your shoe and equipment.
