This exciting community event is an opportunity to tour the new station, meet members of our Fire Department, and celebrate this important investment in the safety and well-being of our community.

Event Schedule
🕙 10:00 a.m. – Event begins & station open for tours
🎤 10:30 a.m. – Opening remarks from the Mayor and invited dignitaries
✂️ 11:00 a.m. – Official ribbon cutting ceremony
🌭 Following the ceremony – Complimentary community BBQ and refreshments

We are just a few days away from the 15th Annual Co-Ed Ball Tournament. The weather is looking great! Come on down to the park for some baseball and great food!

Station 82 had the privilege of recognizing a very special young lady.
We were proud to present Layla with a special gift and spend some time with her in recognition of the courage, confidence, and knowledge she demonstrated during a recent emergency situation.
What makes this story even more meaningful is that Layla shared that she knew what to do because of the fire safety education provided by Drumbo firefighters during a visit to her school. Moments like these remind us why community education is such an important part of what we do.
Layla, your calm actions and quick thinking are something to be incredibly proud of. You are an inspiration, and we are honoured to recognize you.
