From the beginning of the pandemic the federal government has listened to business owners and responded to their needs.

To help hard-hit businesses, entrepreneurs and other organizations struggling, we introduced new and targeted support programs.

While the road to recovery may not be easy, these supports will be critical to help entrepreneurs survive and prevent businesses across Canada from closing their doors.

As we get through this difficult time, we will continue to take action to support Canadian businesses, protect jobs, and set the stage for a stronger and more resilient Canada once the pandemic is over.

Thanksgiving, like many things this year, will be different. Though we may not be gathered around the dinner table with our loved ones, there is still so much to be thankful for.

To our Armed Forces and their families, to our frontline and essential workers, thank you for continuing to show up and be there for us every day. We see you and want you to know how grateful we are for your service.

We may be far from each other this Thanksgiving, but let us take comfort in knowing that we will soon be together again.

From all of us here at the Edmonton Centre Federal Liberal Association, we wish you and your loved ones a happy and safe Thanksgiving.
