🔋National Battery Recycling Day – Keep batteries out of the bin!🔋
This fire-damaged recycling facility - Scotia Recycling in Kentville is a reminder of why batteries should NEVER go in the garbage or blue bags. ❌♻️ Batteries can spark and cause dangerous fires! 🚨
Instead, recycle them safely at a drop-off location near you:
📍 North End Building Supplies, Port Hood
📍 Strathlorne Municipal Recycling Facility
📍 École NDA, Chéticamp
📍 Brook Village Grocery
📍 Port Hawkesbury Civic Centre
Protect our recycling facilities, workers, and environment by disposing of batteries the right way.
