A new child care centre will create 91 additional spaces for children to get a head start in early learning. This project has federal funding via the Canada-British Columbia Canada-wide Early Learning and Child Care Agreement, providing $8M in investment in our city's future. This morning, Mark Carney announced a $4.7B investment, the largest investment in VIA Rail’s history to bring passenger rail car manufacturing back to Canada.
