Thank you to all the community members who took the time to talk with me at our candidates night and also those who continue to call or approach me over the last few weeks with questions, ideas and concerns.

It has been a pleasure to hear your perspective and experiences.

I appreciate your trust in me and I look forward to focusing on solutions together.

I hope I can count on your vote!

For those I've not had a chance to connect with yet here are just a few priorities in my platform I would like to highlight:

🔸️Upgrade official plan:
Tap into grants for businesses, promote growth and development(Including Doiron St project) and land annexation for the town of Mattawa.

🔹️Landfill Sustainability:
Focus on viability and environmental stability of our landfill site

🔸️Transparency for Taxpayers:
Improve accountability and communication for taxpayers by ensuring town resources are effectively and efficiently allocated

🔹️Mental Health Strategy:
Work collaboratively to develop a mental health strategy and funding model to improve services and supports for all age groups in our community

🔸️Prioritize By-Law enforcement and property standards:
Bring back pride to our community which will in turn promote development and tourism.

I bring a wealth of council experience to the table and a well rounded perspective as a business owner, taxpayer, indigenous elder, husband and father, and dedicated lifelong contributor and volunteer with numerous community initiatives.

I look forward to working with other council members and channelling our collective energies towards common goals we believe in.
