As the 2025–2026 school year comes to a close, we would like to thank our students and families for their continued support, hard work, and dedication throughout the year.

We are proud of all that our students have achieved and the growth they have shown both inside and outside the classroom. We hope everyone enjoys a safe, restful, and enjoyable summer break.

We look forward to seeing our students again when classes resume on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, with Kindergarten students starting on Thursday, September 3, 2026. Have a wonderful summer!

Report cards will be available for pick-up on Friday, June 26th between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

We encourage students and parents/guardians to stop by the school during this time to collect their report cards.

Don't miss your chance to order a copy of the 2024/2025 Schell School Yearbook and preserve all the wonderful memories from this school year!

⏰ ORDER BY WEDNESDAY, JUNE 24, 2026

Orders placed on or before June 24 will be shipped to the school at no cost and distributed at the start of the 2026/27 school year.

Orders can still be placed after June 24, but shipping fees will apply and the yearbook will be sent directly to your home.

If your child is currently in:

🎓 Grade 1 – this was their Kindergarten year
🎓 Grade 2 – this was their Grade 1 year
🎓 Grade 3 – this was their Grade 2 year, and so on!

Please send your students with a reuseable shopping bag in their backpack on their last day of school (June 25) to bring home their supplies and work from the year. Reuseable shopping bags are sturdier and will be easier for students to carry instead of garbage bags. For students on the bus, when we send them with their supplies and work in a garbage bag they often break before they get on the bus.

Thank you for helping make sure all your child's supplies and work from the year make it home in one piece.

Good luck to Keira as she competes at the Provincial Track & Field Championships in Saskatoon this weekend! 🏃‍♀️🏅

Keira earned her spot at provincials by capturing 1st place in the Quadathon at the District Track & Field Meet on May 26. The Quadathon is a challenging four-event competition that includes the 100m, 800m, shot put, and long jump, showcasing an athlete's speed, endurance, strength, and versatility.

We are incredibly proud of Keira's hard work, dedication, and outstanding achievement. Best of luck this weekend—we'll be cheering you on from Schell School!

🏕️ Happy Camping, Grade 10/11s! 🏕️

We would like to wish our Grade 10/11 students an amazing time on their camping trip to Good Spirit Lake Provincial Park from June 2–4, 2026!

We hope you enjoy the hiking, fishing, campfires, games, and time spent making memories with friends. Have fun, stay safe, and make the most of this great outdoor adventure!
