A morning of mentorship, connection and practical business insight.

We were pleased to welcome Lauren Forbes, Margaret MacDonald, and Kathy Betts from Ignite Atlantic’s Rural Mentor Network to our Mentorship Breakfast.

The mentors shared honest lessons from their own business experiences, touching on everything from cash flow and strategic planning to leadership, workplace safety, resilience and knowing when to ask for help.

One message came through clearly: you don’t have to do everything yourself. Knowing your strengths, leaning on the people around you and making use of the resources within our local business community can make all the difference.

Thank you to our mentors and everyone who joined us for a morning of learning, conversation and connection. We look forward to creating more opportunities like this and continuing to partner with organizations such as Ignite to help our business community grow.
