Vibrant communities are built through the moments that make people want to stay a little longer, explore a little further and feel more connected to the places around them.

This August, we've been highlighting how services across York Region help create those moments. From expanding green spaces and supporting active aging to strengthening local agriculture and investing in cleaner transit, these efforts help make communities more welcoming, sustainable and enjoyable for everyone.

Together, they help create places where everyday life feels richer.
