Purpose: to support the; planning, creation, funding and maintenance of; docks, parking, lands and ancillary infrastructures (“the Facilities”) along the Welland River ("the Creek") in Niagara Falls, Ontario in the old Village of Chippawa. The Facilities are for the use of; the Public, government agencies and visitors, and are to be planned, constructed and maintained per the terms of the plan

ning doctrine of the City of Niagara Falls and the Parks and Cemetery Services, as well as, the Accessibility Standards of the Regional Municipality of Niagara and any authorizing agency having jurisdiction.
