If you spend your days supporting others, you know that grief doesn't always stay at work when the shift ends.

Whether you're carrying the loss of a client, the weight of difficult situations, or simply the emotional impact of caring for others, you don't have to carry it alone.

Heavy to Hold is a grief recovery support group created specifically for service providers—a space to connect, reflect, and support one another with people who understand the realities of this work.

📅 Tomorrow (Monday, June 1)
🕡 6:30–7:30 PM
📍 Safe 'N Sound, 310 8th St. E., Owen Sound

For those who hold space for others, this is a space for you.

Registration is preferred but not mandatory: https://heavytoholdgriefrecovery.rsvpify.com/
