🏒 FINAL DAY ACTION at the Ishkode Cup! 🏆

It’s Championship Sunday, and we are down to the wire! Today is the final day of the 4th Annual Ishkode Cup, and we need YOU in the stands to cheer on these teams as they battle it out for the trophy.

Sunday Schedule:

10:00 AM: Orillia vs Tay

11:00 AM: Rama vs Ramara

12:00 PM: Oro vs Severn

THE PLAYOFFS: Starting at 1:30 PM, with the Championship Finals at 4:00 PM!

🚨 The 4th Annual ISHKODE Cup is TOMORROW! 🚨

It’s the weekend we’ve all been waiting for! The puck drops tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM for a massive fundraiser hockey tournament supporting a great cause.

The Details:

🗓 Dates: Saturday, March 28th & Sunday, March 29th

⏰ Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (both days)

🏟 Location: Rama MASK Arena

🎟 Entry: Non-perishable food item OR a cash donation

We’ve got a packed schedule tomorrow, including:

🏒 Opening Game: RAMA vs TAY at 9:00 AM

⛸️Family Skate: 12:00 PM

📣 Opening Ceremony: 12:45 PM

📸 Group Photo: 12:30 PM (right before the ceremonies)

When picking up or buying medication, take a moment to talk to your pharmacist. They can help you use prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and natural health products safely.

✔️ Share your medical history and all medications you are taking, including vitamins and supplements
✔️ Ask questions if anything is unclear about dosage or use
✔️ Inform your pharmacist of any changes to your medications
✔️ Choose child-resistant packaging and consider buying smaller quantities

Rama Fire & Rescue Services is raising awareness about poisoning risks in our community.

Each year in Canada, more than 5,000 people lose their lives due to poisoning, and unintentional poisoning deaths have now surpassed transportation-related deaths.

This year’s theme, , encourages everyone to use medications and natural health products safely.

✔️ Talk to your doctor or pharmacist

Hot coals can remain dangerous long after the flames are gone. Severe burns can occur when children fall into the coals of a dying fire. Help prevent injury by taking these steps:

• 💧 Put out the campfire as soon as you are finished with it.
