I care deeply about the future of Red Deer County and the people who call it home. Division 2 is one of the most unique areas in the County, where rural roots, agriculture, and growing communities come together. That ba

lance of tradition and progress is what makes our region so special. As your Division 2 Councillor, my focus is on being approachable, transparent, and fair. I believe leadership starts with listening, so I can understand the challenges our residents face, the opportunities our businesses create, and the traditions that keep our communities connected. My professional background is rooted in business development, strategic planning, and community engagement. Over the past two decades, I’ve built a career around bringing people together, solving challenges, and fostering growth. From working with local businesses and associations to supporting community initiatives, I’ve seen firsthand the power of collaboration and clear communication. My priorities remain the same:

Listening & Accessibility: Being available and responsive to residents. Fair Representation: Ensuring every voice in Division 2 is heard and respected. Balanced Growth: Supporting development that strengthens our economy while protecting our agricultural roots. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative Information Technology team that provides front-line support to County staff across a wide range of systems and services. From troubleshooting hardware and software issues to supporting communications systems, electronic records, audio/visual equipment, and corporate applications, this position offers variety, purpose, and the opportunity to contribute directly to effective municipal service delivery.

I’m grateful for Minister Devin Dreeshen’s continued commitment to strengthening safety and accountability in Alberta’s trucking and transportation sector.

For those of us with Humboldt roots, we know all too well why this work matters.

Twenty unsafe carriers are gone from Alberta’s roads.

If your company has severe safety deficiencies, you will face targeted enforcement. If you try to restart under a new name in another jurisdiction, we will find you there. Albertans asked for safer highways. We are delivering.
