We are aware of some questions regarding water safety following today’s hydrant flushing.

Please be assured that there is NO boil water advisory in effect for the village.

Flushing can occasionally cause temporary pressure drops or slight, harmless discoloration. If your water looks discolored, simply run your cold water tap for a few minutes until it runs clear.

🛑 Slow Down, Drive with Caution 🛑

With the ongoing highway construction, we’ve seen a big increase in traffic on Railway Avenue. We have received several concerns about speeding vehicles entering the Village.

Please remember to slow down and stay alert for pedestrians, pets, and neighbors. Let’s keep our community safe for everyone!
