The Village of Consul offers for the following properties:
1) Lot 3 – 4, Block 2, Plan D4355
Residential Property with a house located at 105 Rouleau Street. House maybe uninhabitable.
2) Lot 5, Block 2, Plan D4355
Residential Property with a house located at 103 Rouleau Street. House maybe uninhabitable.
3) Lot 25, Block 3, Plan D4355
Residential Property with a house located 100 Market Street. House maybe uninhabitable.
4) Lot 4-6, Block 6, Plan D4355
Residential Property with a house located at 209 Centre Street. House maybe uninhabitable.
5) Lot 1, Block 7, Plan D4355
Vacant Residential Property located at 211 Rouleau Street.
6) Lot 2, Block 7, Plan
Vacant Residential Property located at 209 Rouleau Street.
All tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked Property Tender, and containing the specific property(s) being tendered on, addressed to the following;

Tenders must be received by 12:00pm on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. Bids will be reviewed at the February 10, 2026, Regular Meeting of Council.
For the above listed properties, highest or any tender will be accepted or rejected as per the discretion of Council as authorized in The Tax Enforcement Act.
These properties are sold on an “as is”. There are no warranties offered or implied on the condition of the properties.
