It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that CSPS mourns the loss of Toronto Police Service Constable Marc Pinizzotto, who was tragically killed in the line of duty this morning. We extend our deepest, most heartfelt condolences to Constable Pinizzotto's grieving family, his friends and loved ones, and the entire Toronto Police Service family.

This devastating loss comes just days after the line of duty death of Constable Tarun Bali of the Ontario Provincial Police. It marks an incredibly heavy, somber time for all police services and first responders across the province as they process this unimaginable grief. We will never forget their courage, their dedication, or the ultimate sacrifices they made to protect our communities.
