Congratulations to Our One Arrow Youth

One Arrow First Nation Leadership would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to all of our youth who have earned a place on the Saskatoon Tribal Council teams.

Making the team is a big accomplishment that reflects your hard work, dedication, and commitment. We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you for representing our Nation and STC with pride.

As you head into an exciting week of competition, we encourage you to play hard, do your best, support one another, and most importantly, have fun. Enjoy every moment, make lasting memories, and carry yourselves with respect both on and off the field.

We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to all of the Parents, Elders staff, and volunteer coaches, who are travelling with and supporting our youth throughout Summer Games. Your time, guidance, encouragement, and care make this experience possible, and we are truly grateful for everything you do. We know it will be a long and busy week, and we thank you for watching over our youth every step of the way.

We encourage all registered One Arrow First Nation members to attend the distribution location most convenient for them. Leadership looks forward to connecting with our members, sharing important departmental information, and ensuring everyone has the opportunity to receive their Super Pass.

Severe Weather/Tornado Warning– Community Safety Notice

We are asking all One Arrow First Nation members to please be aware of the Severe Weather/tornado warning in Saskatchewan and take precautions to keep yourselves and your families safe.

Stay indoors and avoid unnecessary travel during severe weather.

Keep flashlights and extra batteries nearby in case of a power outage.

Keep your phones charged and continue monitoring weather alerts and emergency updates.

Stay away from windows and be prepared to move to a basement or a small interior room on the lowest level of your home if conditions worsen.

Please keep a close eye on your children and ensure they remain safely indoors.

Bring pets indoors and keep them safe.

Please check on Elders, family members, and neighbours who may need additional support.

Stay alert, stay prepared, and most importantly, stay safe.

Retirement Celebration – Everyone Welcome!

One Arrow First Nation Leadership would like to invite our community members to stop by today June 30, 2026 and help us celebrate Dave from our Finance Department as he begins his well-deserved retirement.

For the past 30 years, Dave has faithfully served One Arrow First Nation with dedication, professionalism, and commitment. His years of service have made a lasting impact on our Nation, and we are truly grateful for everything he has contributed.

Please join us in thanking Dave for his many years of hard work and wishing him all the best as he begins this exciting new chapter. We hope his retirement is filled with happiness, good health, and many memorable moments with his family, friends, children, and grandchildren.

As we celebrate our Grade 12 graduates and their accomplishments, Chief and Council would like to remind everyone to make safety a priority tonight.

This is a special evening for our graduates, their families, and our community. We encourage everyone to be mindful, look out for one another, and help ensure that our graduates can be in a safe environment.

If you witness reckless driving, suspicious activity, or anyone attempting to create unsafe situations, please report it immediately. Quick action can help prevent accidents and keep our community safe.

Leadership would like to extend our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to our fire crew, volunteer community members and water haulers for their quick response and hard work in getting the fire under control in our community. Your dedication, teamwork, and commitment to protecting our members and community are deeply appreciated.

Thank you as well to our Director of Community Development, Dwayne, and our Housing Manager, Shelly for assisting during the situation and helping ensure supports were in place.

A very special thank you goes to Linda for noticing the smoke and making the call right away. Because of your action and awareness, our fire crew was able to respond immediately and bring the fire under control without needing secondary support. This reminds us all how important it is to report emergencies or suspicious activity as soon as possible so situations can be addressed in a timely and safe manner.
