How does it look?

We're excited to share that our Spring 1 Programs are going to look a little different!

Participants will take part in one program in the morning and switch to another program in the afternoon. After 10 program days, participants can get 2 certificates! Participants can earn 4 certificates in the program session by engaging in the whole Spring 1 Program Session.

All participants need to attend an afternoon Orientation, offered April 7 to 9th. We will confirm your seat in Spring 1 programs before you leave after completing Orientation.

We are excited to share the Program Calendar for the 2025 Winter Wellness Program Session!

UFS Wellness Programs offer transportation support, snacks & meals.

We will be taking intakes at our Open House on Friday, January 24.
