Good morning family and friends. If you've heard the rumours about taking over the Shell Lake Esso, I'm happy to confirm that it is a true story! It is now KOOPS CROSSING! There are lots of other things being said about the purchase so here is what will actually be happening: We will open next week, basically not changing anything except a hoist and tire balancer has been purchased. We are looking for someone to deliver and install the hoist, if you have experience anchoring into cement please reach out, then after that's up and functioning we need someone to do oil changes, minor tire repairs and cashiers for now. Lottery has been secured and is in place now, the only thing we're waiting on for Opening Day is a final approval from Esso as this will remain an Esso station. We're going to add some Ahtahkakoop merch, and most importantly employ our people. Treaty 6 Development will do everything we can to support our own, therefore if you can do either of those jobs and want to work at Koops Crossing (Shell Lake) please apply (see below). We are also in need of employees at all of our other locations and are taking applications for Riverbend (Petrofka), Mont Nebo Store, Car Wash/Laundromat/Cafe (on Reserve) & Spirit Redi Mix (Spiritwood).
