After a great deal of thought, conversations with my family, and listening to many of you over the past few years, I’ve decided to put my name forward to run for Mayor of the Yellowhead Municipality in the upcoming municipal election. (October 28th 2026)
Serving on council for the last few years has made something very clear to me: this work is my passion. I care deeply about our municipality — our home, our history, our roots — and I believe that passion has shown through in the commitment, time, and heart I’ve put into this role.
The choices we make today will shape the future we leave for our children and grandchildren. I believe in steady, thoughtful leadership that puts community first, focuses on practical solutions, and builds a stronger Yellowhead for everyone.
Over the coming months, I’ll be sharing more about my vision, priorities, and the work I hope to continue. Most importantly, I’ll be listening — because the best ideas always come from the people who live, work, and raise their families here.
