The Board wishes to express its congratulations to Olivia Gater, a civilian member of the Thunder Bay Police Service, as the recipient of the On-Duty Difference Maker – Civilian Police Service Employee Award as part of the Police Association of Ontario (PAO) Annual Police Services 'Hero of the Year' Awards.

This year, hundreds of nominations were submitted by Ontarians to recognize outstanding police personnel who have gone above and beyond in service to their local communities.
