Any sports parents out there who have to be at games 45 mins early??
Take that time for yourself to reconnect and do a meditation…TRUST ME…I now look forward to the hockey drives because it takes me out of the chaos of the house & allows me to re-center🙏

I ALWAYS tell my boys: “I will be right in, I’m just going to take a couple minutes to myself to do a meditation…”
This small communication is role modelling calm, connection & positive mental health.

Remember, we can’t expect them to be calm if we don’t show them how to be✨

Over Passover, families gather to tell stories ♥️

Over March Break, a visit to the beach in freezing 🥶 cold weather reminded me of something I often tell my boys (and the parents who I speak with):
