SMILES IN ACTION by Smiles Foundation

Who are we and what do we do?

Smiles Foundation is a registered Canadian charitable organization dedicated to giving families opportunities for a healthier, more active and fruitful life through programmes in Dance Sport, preventative health education and cultural integration.

Now we have not one, but three different programs running under Smiles in Action. Please read below:

1) Dancing Smiles: Designed to get seniors moving and socializing despite their physical ability or cultural backgrounds. This program will help them improve their physical and mental health, as well as emotional well-being through movement to music and fun Dance Sport activities.

2) Vibrant Smiles: Designed to address the well-being of our communities by offering:

- Programs for Active Living

- Introduction to healthy eating habits

- Primary health and dental education

3) New Smiles: Designed to offer settlement orientation and guidance to newcomers on the Canadian way of living and resources for everyday activities.

Our programs are run under professional guidance and offer the following benefits:
