The Toronto Police Services Emergency Management and Public Order - Public Safety Section is a Specialized Unit formed to address the following areas:

(1) Crowd Management
(2) Emergency Preparedness and Management
(3) CBRNE Response (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosives)

The purpose of this page is to provide information in relation to Emergency Preparedness, Crowd Manageme

nt and CBRNE information. This page was created to provide people who live and work in the Greater Toronto Area, or others with an interest in the TPS and Emergency Preparedness, access to information and a platform to interact with the TPS Public Safety and Emergency Management Unit.
