Big news for the recycling in the Village of Tracy! Starting in September 2026, recycling pickup is changing from once a month to EVERY 2️⃣ WEEKS!!

🔵Village of Tracy - Week B Mondays. Please check the new recycling schedule below to see our upcoming pick up dates and make sure your recycling is at the curb on time.

🌎These changes are a great opportunity for us to recycle more and send less waste to the landfill!

♻️Please share this information with your neighbours, so everyone knows about the changes.

🌿Today is the Summer Crew’s last day! 🌿

Thanks to their dedication and hard work, the Village of Tracy is looking its best!

Keeping our ditches and berms cleaned and well-maintained helps improve drainage, reduce standing water, improve visibility along our roads, and create a safer environment for motorists, pedestrians, and wildlife. Their hard work has made a real difference throughout the Village! 💚

We truly appreciate everything they’ve done to keep the Village of Tracy beautiful. Thank you for a great summer, and we wish you all the best!!

As part of the Village of Tracy’s 60th Anniversary Celebration, we’re turning up the sweetness with a Pie and Cake Contest!

📢NOTICE TO COMMUNITY 📢

We would like to make the public aware that some of the equipment at the Village of Tracy Multi-use Court has recently been stolen and/or damaged.

We kindly ask all parents and guardians to please speak with their children about treating the equipment with respect and using it only for its intended purpose.

We truly love having the Multi-Use Court in our community and enjoy seeing residents of all ages using it. Our goal is to continue providing equipment for everyone to enjoy, however replacing damaged or stolen items is becoming costly.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping keep our multi-use court a safe and enjoyable place for all users.

The Village of Tracy’s 2026 Volunteer of the Year award goes too……Rachel Mowry! 👏 👏

Rachel can be found lending a hand at many of the Rec Centre’s fundraising breakfasts, outdoor markets, and volunteering at countless Village events. No matter the occasion, she is always ready to step in wherever help is needed.

Rachel consistently goes above and beyond in everything she does. She is honest, hardworking, loyal and is someone who leads by example. Her willingness to jump into action whenever our community or its residents are in need is truly inspiring.

Congratulations, Rachel, on being named the 2026 Village of Tracy Volunteer of the Year!
