CRA has wrongly withheld my Covid19 since Dec.2020- everytime I phone my case not yet been assigned a case manager...

IN 2010-2012 CRA (Harper Govt) also illegally withheld $30,300 tax refunds we are still owed as CRA targeted our small biz (World Park Foto) for donating a share of profits to nature groups. CRA lied we had no income no clients & could not donate to charity (despite boxes of receipts & biz transactions). CRA under Liberals no better as Liberals refuse to reopen & fairly review by "Fairness Provisions" of Income Tax Acts.152(4.2) & 230 (interest&penalties-CRA owes us $17,000 on 10 years interest of the $30,300 CRA still owes us).

CRA criminals avoid justice as our law Courts all depend on Govt funding & fail to protect many others abused by CRA tactics.

My wife is still fighting Canada Revenue Agency to get biz loss tax refunds 2011-2013 after investing $130K & paying $58K taxes in expanding business. CRA lied we had no income & no clients, that could not donate to charities (illogical as we had to have income & clients to do so). CRA unjustly refused to follow Supreme Court decisions in Stewart, Ludco, Walls, & many other court decisions (see canlii.org). CRA lied we owed $20K when there was no pror tax debt & CRA has not paid the $20K they still owe her. Instead they use Canada Justice to fight her obviously lawful tax refunds.
