We received the news and, with profound sadness and sorrow, we extend our heartfelt condolences to the family and loved ones on the passing of Dr. Pietro Manzini, an extraordinary professional, friend, and collaborator with whom we had the privilege of sharing more than ten years of work, research, and growth.
Dr. Manzini dedicated his professional life to interceptive orthodontics with tireless curiosity and a determination to always look beyond what was already known. As a clinician, researcher, and lecturer, he made an important contribution to the study of oral functions and craniofacial growth, leaving behind a wealth of experience and knowledge that will continue to serve as a reference for many professionals.
For us at ATFC, his name will remain particularly connected to the history of Froggymouth®.
Dr. Manzini, Clinical and Scientific Director of the Project in Italy, was the first to truly believe in the potential of this approach and, through years of clinical observation, with more than 5,000 documented and treated cases, research, scientific publications, and education, he made a fundamental contribution to its understanding, evolution, and dissemination within the dental community, both in Italy and around the world.
For us, remembering him means above all remembering the person with whom we shared meetings, discussions, ideas, projects, and more than ten years of a journey together.
When speaking about his work and research, Pietro loved to say: “Seek and you shall find.”
We believe these words perfectly reflect the curiosity and passion that accompanied him throughout his professional life.
Thank you, Pietro, for everything you taught us, for everything you shared through your lectures, and for the contribution you leave to Science and to our community.
We will miss you.
The owners, management, and all the team members of ATFC and Froggymouth North America.
